PENGARUH SUPERVISI AKADEMIK PENGAWAS SEKOLAH DAN KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU PADA SMK NEGERI DI KABUPATEN GUNUNGKIDUL

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi akademik pengawas sekolah dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMK negeri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan area random sampling, sebanyak 65 orang responden dari 547 orang guru. Hasil analisis menunjukkan; (1) nilai koefisien Beta variabel supervisi akademik sebesar 0,156 dengan ρ sebesar 0,256 lebih besar dari 0,05; (2) nilai koefisien Beta variabel Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah sebesar 0,510 dengan ρ sebesar 0,00 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa pengaruh supervisi akademik pengawas sekolah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, sedangkan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Variabel dummy dimasukan untuk meminimalisir pengaruh variabel lain dalam penelitian ini. Hasil analisis menunjukkan; (1) nilai koefisien Beta variabel supervisi akademik sebesar 0,189 dengan ρ sebesar 0,165 lebih besar dari 0,05; (2) nilai koefisien Beta variabel Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah sebesar 0,503 dengan ρ sebesar 0,00 lebih kecil dari 0,05; (3) nilai koefisien Beta variabel dummy tingkat pendidikan sebesar -0,22 dengan ρ sebesar 0,826 lebih besar dari 0,05; (4) nilai koefisien Beta variabel dummy wilayah sebesar 0,198 dengan ρ sebesar 0,048 lebih kecil dari 0,05; . Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa pengaruh supervisi akademik pengawas sekolah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, sedangkan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Variabel dummy tingkat pendidikan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, sedangkan variabel dummy wilayah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Jauh dekatnya wilayah atau lokasi sekolah mempengaruhi kinerja guru yang terkait dengan supervisi akademik dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah.

This study aimed to determine the effect of academic supervision of school supervisors and principal leadership on teacher performance in Public Vocational School. The research method was used a quantitative study with multiple linier regression analysis. The samples in this study were drawn using random sampling area, as many as 65 respondents of 547 teachers. The results show: (1) the value of the variable Beta coefficient of academic supervision 0.156 and ρ: 0.256 is greater than 0.05, (2) the value of the variable Beta coefficient of Principal Leadership 0.510 and ρ 0.00 is smaller than 0.05. Based on the results of the analysis can be said that the effect of the academic supervision of school supervisors had no significant effect on teacher performance, while principl leadership have a significant effect on teachers performance. Dummy variables included to minimize the effect of other variables in this study. The results show: (1) the value of the variable Beta coefficient of academic supervision 189 and ρ: 0.165 is greater than 0.05, (2) the value of the variable Beta coefficient of Principal Leadership 0.503 and ρ of 0.00 is smaller than 0.05 , (3) Beta coefficient dummy variables for the education level 0.826 and ρ: -0.22 greater than 0.05, (4) Beta coefficient dummy variable region 0.198 and ρ: 0.048 is smaller than 0.05. Based on the results of the analysis can be said that the effect of the academic supervision of school supervisors had no significant effect on teacher performance, while principal leadership have a significant effect on teacher performance. Dummy variables educational level had no significant effect on teacher performance, while the dummy variable region significantly effect on teacher performance. Remote areas or locations nearby schools affect teacher performance related to academic supervision and leadership of the school principal.
