This study is to examine servant leadership, distributive justice and procedural justice on affective commitment. The use of these variables based on the results of previous research. Wei & Desa (2013) in his study showed that the combination of all the dimensions of servant leadership is positively related to affective commitment. Research conducted by Cohen, Charas & Spector (2001), Turgut, Tokmak & Gucel (2012) showed that distributive justice is positively related to affective commitment and research by Ramamoorthy & Flood (2004) showed that both procedural justice and distributive justice affect affective commitment. Servant leadership variables were measured using a questionnaire developed by Barbuto and Wheeler (2006), distributive justice and procedural justice variables were using instrument developed by Niehoff and Moorman (1993), and affective commitment variables by Meyer and Allen (1990). The questionnaires of which total is 88, were distributed to teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Tasikmalaya from May 10, 2013 until May 16, 2013. Seventy four questionnaires were returned by respondents; then analyzed with multiple linear regression using SPSS software version 17. The results show that the servant leadership distributive justice and procedural justice have positive significant effect on affective commitment. The empirical findings indicate that in order to increase the affective commitment of teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Tasikmalaya, the school needs to consider factors, such as servant leadership, distributive justice and procedural justice, because these factors have shown to give significant effect to the level of affective commitment of teachers.
