This paper planed to examine the impact of teleworking (employee who are working outside of their office) by measuring variables of work/life balance, productivity and teamwork while their doing it. Variables in telework to be measured will be their attitude towards it and the frequency of the telework (number of hours spend doing telework). To conduct the research, the researcher develops a prototype of smartphone application, which contains the survey form. The sample have to filling in the survey everyday during their working days to collect 10 data from each sample (approximately two weeks). At the end of the survey, total sample are 53. This result in total of 530 dataset which each individual has their ten own unique data set. Samples are 83% work in Indonesia while the 17% are working in Netherlands. Because the individual has their own characteristic and each individual has ten sub data, the researchers uses the Multi Level Analysis instead of regular multiple regression model. As the result, teleworking frequency has a positive impact on the work/life balance and productivity but has negatively impact the teamwork among employees. We also found that attitude towards teleworking is not significantly affecting the teleworking frequency. Its affected by the job insecurity and work colleague support.
