PENGARUH PERENDAMAN MINUMAN BERSODA TERHADAP KEKASARAN PERMUKAAN BAHAN RESIN KOMPOSIT HIBRID DAN RESIN KOMPOSIT SILORANE

Kekasaran permukaan suatu restorasi dipengaruhi oleh kondisi rongga mulut. Restorasi selalu berhubungan dengan cairan dalam rongga mulut antara lain saliva dan minuman. Pengaruh jenis minuman yang dikonsumsi dapat mempengaruhi keawetan tumpatan, terutama minuman bersoda. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan kekasaran permukaan resin komposit hibrid dan resin komposit silorane yang direndam dalam minuman bersoda. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 20 restorasi resin komposit yang berdiameter 5 mm dengan tinggi 2 mm. Dibagi dalam dua kelompok, kelompok pertama 10 silinder restorasi resin komposit hibrid dan kelompok kedua 10 silinder restorasi resin komposit silorane. Restorasi resin komposit direndam dalam minuman bersoda 10 menit setiap hari selama 14 hari. Selanjutnya subjek penelitian diukur kekasaran permukaanya dengan Examen Union 81837 dengan perbesaran 20 kali kemudian dilakukan analisis data menggunakan t test dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95 % (α = 0,05). Rerata kekasaran permukaan pada kelompok 1 dan 2 berturut-turut 0,09 ± 0,017 dan 00,04 ± 0,006. Dengan uji t didapatkan perbedaan kekasaran permukaan resin komposit hibrid dan resin komposit silorane yang direndam dalam minuman bersoda.

Surface roughness of a restoration is affected by oral conditions . Restoration is always associated with fluids , such as saliva and drinks. Influence of different drinks can affect the durability composite, especially soft drinks. The purpose of this study was to compare the surface roughness of hybrid composite resin and resin composite silorane soaked in soft drinks . Subjects consist of 20 resin composite cylinder which have a diameter of 5 mm with a height of 2 mm. Divided into two groups, group I consist of 10 hybrid composite resin restoration and group II consist of 10 silorane composite resin restoration. All composite resin restoration soaked in soft drinks 10 minutes each day for 14 days. After that subjects surface roughness were measured with Examen Union 81837 and 20 times magnification then analyzed the data using the t test with a 95% confidence level ( α = 0,05 ) . The mean level in group 1 and 2 respectively 0.09 ± 0.017 and 00.04 ± 0.006 . With the t test test there were difference in surface roughness between hybrid composite resin and silorane composite resin soaked in softdrinks.
