HUBUNGAN PERSEPSI UPAH DENGAN MOTIVASI BEKERJA ANAK KANDANG PADA PETERNAKAN RAKYAT AYAM BROILER DI KECAMATAN TEMPEL

Perusahaan ayam broiler merupakan salah satu usaha yang menjadi penghidupan bagi sebagian masyarakat Kecamatan Tempel bahkan menjadi pekerjaan utama dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup. Perusahaan peternakan ayam broiler memiliki anak kandang yang bekerja dan diupah. Persepsi upah dan motivasi bekerja anak kandang menarik untuk diteliti beserta hubungan antara keduanya. Penelitian dilakukan di Kecamatan Tempel melibatkan 30 responden dari peternakan ayam broiler yang berbeda. Cara perhitungan upah tiap perusahaan berbeda namun terpolakan seragam. Rata-rata upah per periode secara keseluruhan yang diterima anak kandang di Kecamatan Tempel adalah Rp2.253.867,00. Persepsi terhadap upah tergolong tinggi yakni 93,3%, begitu pula motivasi bekerja responden yang mencapai 80% bermotivasi tinggi. Hasil analisis hubungan antara persepsi upah dengan motivasi bekerja anak kandang menunjukkan tidak adanya hubungan antara keduanya
This research was Farm was an economic sector from agriculture economic that cannot be separated from Indonesian rural community daily life. Broiler farmer was the business that became a livelihood for part of people in Tempel District, even it became one of the main job to make ends meet needs of life. Broiler farmers had worker who worked and paid by farmers to take care of their birds. Perception of wage and worker motivation of works were interesting to study, along with the correlation between of them. conducted in the Tempel District and involved 30 respondents from different broiler farms. The method that used to calculated the wages by farmers were different but had a similar form. Overall average of wages that worker received on one period in Tempel District was Rp2.253.3867, 00. Worker perception of wages were high rank with 93% had high perception of wages. Working motivation also high with 80% of worker had high motivation. The result of correlation among wages perception and working motivational of worker showed both didn’t have relationship
