PENGUKURAN PLANT SATELLITE NILAM 2 PT.VICO INDONESIA MENGGUNAKAN LASER SCANNER SCANSTATION 2 DENGAN REGISTRASI METODE TARGET TO TARGET

VICO atau Virginia Indonesia Company, merupakan salah satu perusahaan Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS) ditunjuk BPMIGAS untuk melakukan proses pengeboran minyak dan gas bumi. Vico berencana untuk memodifikasi beberapa produksi lapangan antara lain untuk iventarisasi pipa dan model 3 dimensi pipa yang berlokasi di Plant Satellite Nilam 2, untuk menunjang pekerjaan ini dipilihlah teknologi terrestrial laser scanner dengan menggunakan alat Scanstation 2 dari Leica Geosytems. Laser scanner merupakan alat peyiaman yang mampu menghasilkan suatu kenampakan dari obyek yang diukur dalam bentuk 3 dimensi. Tujuan dari pekerjaan ini adalah pengukuran Plant Satellite Nilam 2 dengan mengunakan laser scanner scanstation 2 sehingga objek terekam sebagai kumpulan data point cloud yang terletak dalam sistem koordinat 3 dimensi. Pada peyiaman Plant Satellite Nilam 2 digunakan Terrestrial Laser Scanner Scanstation 2 hal yang dilakukan yaitu : Survei pendahuluan, survey pendahuluan merupakan kegiatan dimana melakukan suatu pekerjaan survei lapangan dan orientasi scanner. Desain Pengukuran dimana dalam pekerjaan ini mempunyai beberapa pekerjaan meliputi, pendirian alat scanner pada posisi yang telah ditentukan, pembuatan database pekerjaan yang akan dilakukan dan koneksi software cyclone 7.0 ke scanner. Pemasangan titik target, target yang digunakan adalah target berupa planar cyrax yang berjumlah 4 buah titik target. Penentuan titik tengah target, disini titik tengah target diperlukan sebagai titik ikat pada proses registrasi. Proses Scanning (penyiaman), Scanning adalah proses perekaman data objek, data objek hasil perekaman disebut dengan data point cloud. Registrasi metode target to target, dari proses scanning dihasilkan 18 scanworld yaitu SW 1 sampai dengan SW 18 masing-masing scanworld terletak pada koordinat yang berbeda-beda untuk penggabungan data point cloud pada setiap scanworld dilakukan proses registrasi. Seluruh objek pada Plant Satellite Nilam 2 telah berhasil tersiam tanpa ada yang terlewat. Masing- masing data point cloud pada setiap scanworld telah berhasil terregistrasi. Kualitas hasil registrasi pada setiap scanworld masuk toleransi. Untuk nilai toleransi yaitu dx = 0,004 m, dy = 0,006 m, dan dz = 0,004 m, dimana pada Toleransi registrasi minimun ada pada scanworld 13 dengan dx = 0,000 m, dy = 0,0002 m dan dz = 0,000 m dan toleransi registrasi yang maksimum ada pada scanworld 14 dengan dx = 0,001 m, dy = 0,001 m dan dz = 0,000 m.

Vico plan to modify some field production, for example take the inventory of pipeline and 3-dimensional model of the pipeline is located in Plant Satellite Nilam 2, to support this work were chosen using terrestrial laser scanners technology Scanstation 2 from Leica Geosytems. Laser scanner is a scanner that is able to produce an appearance of an object is measured in the form of 3-dimensional. The purpose of this work is the measure of Satellite Plant Patchouli 2 by using a laser scanner Scanstation 2 so that objects recorded as point cloud data sets are located in the 3-dimensional coordinate system. At Plant Satellite Nilam 2 scanning are Terrestrial Laser Scanner used Scanstation 2 things done is : Preliminary survey, Preliminary survey is an activity which conduct a field survey work and the orientation of the scanner. Design in which the measurement in this work has some work cover, stand scanner tool at a predetermined position, making the database work to be performed and the connection to the scanner software cyclone 7.0 . Installation target points, target is a form of planar target cyrax a total of 4 points target. Scanning Process, Scanning is the process of recording the data object, the results of the data object recording are called as point cloud data. Registration using targets to the target method, from the scanning process produced 18 scanworld the SW 1 to SW 18 each scanworld located at different coordinates for point cloud data fusion performed on each scanworld registration process. All the objects on Plant Satellite NIlam 2 has been successfully scanned without being missed. Each of point cloud data in every scanworld has been successfully registered. The Quality results on every scanworld are accept registration tolerance. For the tolerance value dx = 0.004 m, dy = 0.006 m, and dz = 0.004 m, where minimum of the tolerance registration is on scanworld 13 with dx = 0.000 m, dy = 0.0002 m and dz = 0,000 m and the maximum of the tolerance that registration is on scanworld 14 with dx = 0.001 m, dy = 0.001 m and dz = 0.000 m
