ANALISIS TINGKAT PELAYANAN TROTOAR JALAN URIP SUMOHARJO YOGYAKARTA

Trotoar merupakan lajur khusus untuk pejalan kaki. Namun pada kenyataannya, fungsi trotoar telah banyak berubah dengan adanya kegiatan-kegiatan yang tidak semestinya dilakukan di trotoar, sebagai contoh PKL (Pedagang Kaki Lima), sehingga perlu dilakukan suatu penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh-pengaruh yang terjadi akibat dari perubahan fungsi dari trotoar tersebut terhadap tingkat pelayanan trotoar. Tingkat pelayanan trotoar merupakan salah satu data yang digunakan untuk merencanakan suatu pembangunan trotoar maupun penataan sebuah kota, sehingga dari data tersebut didapatkan rekomendasi yang terbaik untuk melakukan suatu peningkatan tingkat pelayanan yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan suatu keamanan dan kenyamanan pada pengguna trotoar. Untuk menentukan besarnya nilai tingkat pelayanan tersebut maka akan diteliti besarnya aliran rata-rata yang terjadi pada trotoar seperti volume pejalan kaki, kecepatan pejalan kaki dan juga lebar efektif trotoar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pemetaan manusia (pelaku/pemakai) dan pemetaan hambatan-hambatan yang ada di trotoar. Survey dilakukan dengan cara penghitungan dan pengukuran langsung di lokasi penelitian dengan menggunakan alat seperti alat cacah, meteran, stop watch, alat tulis dan lain-lain. Hasil yang ditemukan pada trotoar di jalan Urip Sumoharjo lebar trotoar adalah sebesar 2,35 meter, namun dengan adanya PKL di trotoar menjadikan lebar efektif trotoar menjadi 1,62 meter. Kecepatan pejalan kaki yang ditemukan relatif lambat namun hal tersebut bukan dikarenakan oleh besarnya volume pejalan kaki melainkan oleh karena kegiatan yang dilakukan pejalan kaki di trotoar. Setelah melakukan penghitungan pada setiap faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat pelayanan tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa trotoar masih memberikan pelayanan yang sangat baik pada para pengguna trotoar.

The sidewalk was lane for pedestrians. But in fact, the function of the sidewalk had changed so much by the presence of undue activities conducted on the sidewalk, as an example of pkl ( street vendors ), so that needs to be done a research to know the influences happened a result of alteration of the function of sidewalks service on the pavement. The level of service the sidewalk is one of data used for planning a sidewalk construction or arrangement of a city, so that the data obtained from the best recommendations for performing an increased level of service, aimed at creating a security and convenience to users of the sidewalk. To determine the value of the level of service it then examined the magnitude of the average flow that occurs on the sidewalk as the volume of pedestrians pedestrian pace and also effective width of the sidewalk. This research uses human mapping methods pelakupemakai and mapping of existing barriers on the pavement. The Survey was carried out by means of direct measurements and calculations in the research by using the tool as a tool, the meter stop watch stationery and others. The results were found on the pavement on the road pavement width Urip Sumoharjo amounted to 2.35 metres, however by the presence of STREET VENDORS on the sidewalk making the effective width of the sidewalk to 1.62 meters. A pedestrian found speed is relatively slow but it is not due to the magnitude of the volume of pedestrians but rather because of the activities of pedestrians on the sidewalk. After performing the calculation on each of the factors that affect the level of service then it can be inferred that the pavement still gives a very good service on the sidewalk users.
