PLURIMETODOLOGI KONSEP PRA-ADAM DITINJAU DARI PERSPEKTIF PAUL FEYERABEND

Plurimetodologi Konsep Pra-Adam Ditinjau dari Perspektif Paul Feyerabend memberikan pengetahuan mengenai berbagai metodologi yang digunakan untuk mengkaji konsep pra-Adam. Metodologi merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam penelitian dan Feyerabend dalam Against Method membahas mengenai perlawanannya terhadap satu metodologi khusus. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini berjumlah tiga; pertama, metodologi-metodologi yang mengkaji konsep pra-Adam. Kedua, kerangka pikir Feyerabend dalam buku Against Method. Ketiga, analisis plurimetodologi konsep pra-Adam yang ditinjau dari pemikiran Feyerabend. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka untuk mengetahui metodologimetodologi yang digunakan dalam pengkajian konsep pra-Adam. Sumber pustaka utama untuk memahami pola pikir Feyerabend adalah buku Against Method. Langkah metode penelitian ini terdiri dari deskripsi, interpretasi dan heuristika. Hasil yang dicapai pada penelitian ini ada tiga, pertama, deskripsi mengenai metodologi-metodologi konsep pra-Adam. Kedua, pemahaman mengenai pemikiran anything goes dalam Against Method Feyerabend. Ketiga, Feyerabend menentang adanya hanya satu metodologi yang valid digunakan dalam penelitian, maka plurimetodologi merupakan jalan keluarnya.

The plural-methodology of preadamite concept as Paul Feyerabend viewed gives knowledge about many kinds of methodology that discusses the preadamite concept. Methodology is one of the main elements in a research and one of the main concerns for Feyerabend as he wrote it in Against Method. Feyerabend concern was against the fact that only one methodology is valid for a research. There are three problems of the research that are, first the explanation about the methodologies that discusses the preadamite concept. Second is the frame of mind of Feyerabend in his book, Against Method. The last problem is the methodology analysis about preadamite concept from Feyerabend point of view. The method of this research is literature review to understand the methodologies that discusses the preadamite concept. The sources of Feyerabend’s frame of mind are taken from the primary data which is his own book, Against Method. The methodological steps are description, interpretation and heuristics. There are three main results of this research; first is the description about the methodologies of preadamite concept. Second is the understanding of Feyerabend’s frame of mind about anything goes in his Against Method book. The third is Feyerabend’s contradiction against one valid methodology to analyze in a research. Plural-methodology is the way out of the conflict Feyerabend made.
