KORELASI KADAR sVEGF-R2 SERUM DENGAN SKOR CLIP PADA PENDERITA KARSINOMA HEPATOSELULER

Karsinoma hepatoseluler (KHS) merupakan salah satu tumor ganas yang paling banyak terjadi di dunia1. Perjalanan penyakit KHS ini sangat berhubungan dengan proses angiogenesis dari tumor. VEGF dan VEGF reseptor merupakan regulator angiogenesis yang berpengaruh pada perjalanan KHS2,3. VEGF Reseptor 2 (VEGF-R2) diyakini merupakan biomarker yang dapat dipercaya karena memiliki efek regulasi lokal pada tumor dan tidak dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di dalam tubuh3. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ada atau tidak adanya hubungan antara kadar sVEGf-R2 dengan keparahan penyakit KHS yang dinilai dengan skor CLIP. penyusun melakukan penelitian dengan metode crosssectional dengan subjek penelitian pasien KHS di RS DR Sardjito Yogyakarta, dari bulan April 2011-November 2011. Selama kurun waktu April 2011 sampai November 2011 didapatkan sebanyak 28 pasien KHS yang memenuhi criteria subjek penelitian. Dan kemudian setelah dilakukan uji korelasi pearson didapatkan nilai korelasi r = -0,381 dengan p = 0,045 . Menunjukkan adanya korelasi negatif antara kadar sVEGF-R2 dengan skor CLIP pada KHS

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most malignant tumor occurred in the World1. HCC course of the disease is strongly related to the process of tumor angiogenesis. VEGF and VEGF receptor is a regulator of angiogenesis that affect the KHS2, 3. VEGF receptor 2 (VEGF-R2) is believed to be a reliable biomarker because it has a local regulatory effect on the tumor and not influenced by other factors in the body3. The study aim to determine whether or not the relationship between the levels of sVEGF-R2 with HCC disease severity as assessed by CLIP score. Authors conducted a study with cross-sectional method with KHS patient research subjects in RS DR Sardjito Yogyakarta, from April 2011-November 2011. During the period April 2011 to November 2011 found as many as 28 patients who met the criteria HCC research subjects. And then after the Pearson correlation test obtained correlation value r = -0.381 with p = 0.045. Showed a negative correlation between levels sVEGF-R2 with CLIP score at HCC.
