ANALISIS TEKNOMETRIK DAN KEPUASAN KONSUMEN PADA INDUSTRI KERAJINAN TENUN (Studi Kasus Pada IKM Tenun Desa Pringgasela Kecamatan Pringgasela Kabupaten Lombok Timur)

Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan performa industri adalah dengan memahami kinerja suatu teknologi. Kinerja suatu teknologi dapat dianalisis dengan mengetahui tingkat komponen teknologinya. Salah satu alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat komponen teknologi adalah metode teknometrik yang dikembangkan oleh UNESCAP, dimana teknologi dapat dilihat dari empat komponen dasar yang menyusunnya: technoware, humanware, infoware, dan orgaware yang menyatakan bahwa masing-masing komponen teknologi akan memberikan kontribusi pada kegiatan industri. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui kandungan teknologi pada 8 industri tenun serta mengidentifikasi tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap produk tenun yang dihasilkan. Sedangkan metode sampling menggunakan purposive sampling berdasarkan jatah (quota) dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 50 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, teknologi pada industri tenun Pringgasela Lombok Timur berada pada kategori “rendah” dengan nilai TCC sebesar 0,19. Kontribusi dari masing-masing komponen berturut-turut adalah: technoware (0,157), humanware (0,225), infoware (0,168), dan orgaware (0,184). Sedangkan untuk kualitas produk, maka 22,48% responden merasa sangat puas dengan atribut warna tidak luntur, dan 21,46% responden merasa puas dengan atribut jumlah warna produk, 20,31% responden merasa puas dengan atribut harga produk, 20,18% responden merasa puas dengan atribut motif tradisional. Sementara 15,58% responden masih merasa tidak puas dengan atribut bahan pewarna alam. Untuk itu hal utama yang harus dilakukan untuk memperbaiki kualitas produknya adalah peningkatan kemampuan proses pengolahan bahan pewarna, kreativitas dalam teknik pewarnaan yang lebih cepat, kreativitas dalam mencari informasi tentang bahan pewarna alam yang lain.
