Hotel adalah suatu perusahaan yang menyediakan jasa – jasa dalam bentuk akomodasi (penginapan) serta menyajikan hidangan dan fasilitas lainnya dalam hotel untuk umum, yang memenuhi syarat – syarat comfort dan tujuan komersial. Kegiatan pembangunan Syariah Hotel dan Lor In Triple Moderate – Solo dilaksanakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen akan kebutuhan fasilitas perhotelan yang disebabkan semakin meningkatnya perekonomian pada sektor bisnis dan pariwisata. Pada awal proyek dimulai, kontraktor menyiapkan perencanaan tentang proses pelaksanaan dan schedulling yang kemudian didalamnya akan dipilah – pilahkan lagi berdasarkan tingkat kepentingannya guna mempersiapkan percepatan pekerjaan karena dimungkinkan banyaknya permasalahan yang terjadi pada saat pelaksanaan proyek yang mengakibatkan keterlambatan pekerjaan. Dalam pelaksanaannya, proses percepatan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor pendukung antara lain alat, biaya, metode kerja, sumber daya manusia. Hal ini pada dasarnya untuk meningkatkan produktifitas kerja untuk melasanakan tracking schedule saat mengejar keterlambatan akibat banyaknya masalah proyek maupun untuk penyelesaian proyek secara dini dengan berbagai tujuan.
