RESPONS MASYARAKAT TERHADAP KEGIATAN PROGRAM DESA VOKASI DI KELURAHAN WONOLOPO KECAMATAN MIJEN KOTA SEMARANG

Penelitian dilakukan di Kelurahan Wonolopo Kecamatan Mijen Kota Semarang bertujuan untuk mengetahui proporsi tingkat respons masyarakat terhadap kegiatan program Desa Vokasi dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Di lokasi penelitian terdapat 5 kelompok kewirausahaan vokasi yang beranggotakan 20 peserta. Dari masing-masing kelompok diambil 12 orang sampel peserta secara acak sederhana, sehingga diperoleh 60 responden. Data dianalisis dengan uji proporsi dan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar atau 70% masyarakat mempunyai respons tinggi terhadap kegiatan program Desa Vokasi. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi respons masyarakat terhadap kegiatan program Desa Vokasi adalah tingkat pendidikan dan persepsi masyarakat terhadap kegiatan program Desa Vokasi; semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikan semakin rendah respons anggota masyarakat; semakin baik persepsi terhadap kegiatan program Desa Vokasi semakin tinggi respons masyarakat. Sedangkan faktor-faktor yang tidak mempengaruhi respons masyarakat terhadap kegiatan program Desa Vokasi adalah: umur, motivasi, dan lama menganggur peserta, serta peran tokoh masyarakat dan peran narasumber teknis.

The research that conducted in the Wonolopo village Mijen district Semarang City, aimed to determine the proportion of the community response to the Vocational Rural programs activity and the intervencing factors of it. In research location there were 5 vocation entrepreneurship groups and each groups has 20 members. From each group was taken 12 participants randomly, in order to obtain 60 respondents. Data were analyzed by using proportion test and multiple linear regression. The results showed that most of or 70% of the community has a high response to the program activity of Vocational Rural. Factors affecting the community response to the Rural Vocational program activity were education and community perceptions; so much higher the level of education so community response will be low; a better perception of the Vocational Rural program activity the community response will be higher. The factors that did not affect to the response of the community towards the village of Vocational programs activity were: age, motivation, and duration of unemployed participants, the role of community leaders, and role of technical experts.
