This thesis seeks to analyze the Indonesian Embassy's protection mechanism toward Indonesia‟s Women Migrant Workers (TKWI). Because in every year, the number of tortures toward TKWI are growing fast and Indonesian Embassy is the only actor that is responsible to solve that, because Indonesian Embassy is the Indonesian government representation to give protections for Indonesian Women Worker. As we know that TKWI are hailed in their country as one of the major powerhouse in the economy, but their rather poor social condition in other countries are not noticed well. This neglection makes TKWI related lawsuit are often too late to be rescued. By using the radical Function, Mission of Diplomatic Process, Characteristics of Diplomacy, and also New Security Agenda, this thesis will explain how far and how is the effectiveness of Indonesian Embassy protection mechanism toward TKWI.
