PERANCANGAN LOCK HIDROLIK TIPPLER DI PT. HASNUR CITRA TERPADU

Lorry digunakan pada PT. Hasnur Citra Terpadu untuk proses mentransfer buah segar kelapa sawit dari loading ramp sampai ke rebusan. Saat proses pembalikan lorry dari alat tippler buah matang dituangkan ke konveyor menuju ke dalam treser untuk diproses pembantingan untuk memisahkan buah sawit dengan cangkangnya. Pada saat lorry diputar 360° pada alat tippler posisi lorry terbalik. Mengakibatkan sering roda lorry bergeser dari relnya. Agar tidak terjadi mis pada roda–roda lorry, dibutuhkan alat yang bisa mengunci dengan keadaan aktif jadi lorry tetap berada pada relnya biar pun dibalik sampai satu putaran tidak akan mengalami hambatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam tugas akhir ini ada beberapa macam. Pertama melakukan Studi Literatur. Kedua melakukan observasi tentang proses tippler. Ketiga merancang alat. Keempat menghitung hasil rancangan. Kelima mendesain ulang hasil rancangan. Dengan ditambahkan lock hidrolik tippler ini diharapkan tidak terjadi lagi pergeseran pada roda–roda lorry, sehingga tippler bisa beroperasi secara optimal.

The objective of this study is to design a tool that can lock the lorry an in progres place study when using Tippler, so that the wheels of the lorry will not shifted on its rails. The method akont in this study are derdided in several step. First is Literature. Second observe the processing line. Third design the tool mechanisme. Fourth calculate the draft designed. Fifth redesign. With hydraulic lock on the Tippler is expected the draft plan unshift on it is wheels of the lorry, theraf one the tippler can optimally operate.finally no task delay.
