Door checker equipment merupakan alat yang berfungsi untuk memastikan fungsi dan kualitas power window dan speaker yang terpasang di setiap pintu mobil. Door checker equipment bekerja dengan cara menyalurkan arus listrik dari catu daya dan menyalurkan gelombang sinyal suara yang dibangkitkan oleh rangkaian amplifier. Kualitas dari setiap unit yang dihasilkan oleh Toyota merupakan prioritas yang menjadikan Toyota menjadi mobil pilihan utama masyarakat Indonesia. Maka untuk menjaga kualitas dari setiap unit yang di hasilkan oleh Toyota, diperlukan pengecekan fungsi fungsi dari setiap bagian yang diproduksi. Pengecekan sebagai prinsip untuk built in quality dari setiap produk yang menjadi prinsip yang dipegang oleh Toyota, yaitu tidak menerima, tidak menghasilkan, dan tidak meneruskan defect. Oleh karena itu diterapkan sistem pemastian kualitas pada setiap proses, salah satunya pada proses door trimming yaitu pemastian kualitas power window dan speaker pada setiap pintu mobil yang disebut door checker equipment.

Quality of each unit produced by Toyota is a priority that makes Toyota cars being the main choice of Indonesian society. To ensure the quality of each unit that produced by Toyota, the necessary checking functions of each part produced. Checking as a principle for the built-in quality of any product which is the principle held by Toyota, which is not accepted, do not produce, and not continue the defect. Therefore the quality assurance system implemented in every process, one of them in the process of trimming the assurance of quality door power window and door speakers in each door car called the checker equipment. Door equipment checker is a tool that serves to ensure the functionality and quality of the power windows and the speakers mounted in each door car. Door equipment checker works by channeling the flow of electricity from the power supply and signal channel sound waves generated by the amplifier circuit.
