PENGARUH PELATIHAN PENGUKURAN ANTROPOMETRI PADA KADER POSYANDU TERHADAP PERUBAHAN NILAI TECHNICAL ERROR OF MEASUREMENT (TEM)

Latar Belakang:Posyandu merupakan garda terdepan sebagai unit pemantau tumbuh kembang anak. Kualitas data posyandu sering dipertanyakan.Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa banyak kader posyandu tidak presisi dan akurat dalam melakukan pengukuran. Tujuan:Mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan pengukuran antropometri pada kader posyandu terhadap ketepatan pengukuran. Metode:Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan rancangan quasi eksperimental dengan desain pretest – posttest di posyandu wilayah kerja Puskesmas Gajahan. Subjek penelitian adalah kader yang berjumlah sepuluh orang.Pengambilan data ddengan pengukuran berat badan dan tinggi badan.Analisis data dengan uji independen t test. Hasil :Analisa statistik menunjukkan bahwa sebelum pelatihan data hasil pengukuran tidak valid (p < 0.05) dan sesudah pelatihan data valid (p> 0.05) dibandingkan dengan gold standart. Nilai TEM dan %TEM untuk inter- dan intraobserver mengalami penurunan sesudah pelatihan. Semua perhitungan koefisien reliabilitas berada di atas nilai cut off 0.95. Kesimpulan :Pelatihan dapat meningkatkan ketepatan pengukuran. Kesalahan pengukuran yang dinyatakan dalam nilai TEM mengalami penurunan sesudah pelatihanyang berarti ketepatan pengukuran semakin baik.

Background:Posyandu are the frontline as child growth monitoring unit. The problem about quality data of posyandu is often questionable. Several studies have shown that many cadres posyandu imprecise and inaccurate in measuring. Objective:Determine the effect of training anthropometric measurementson cadres against the accuracy of the measurement. Method:This research was conducted using a quasi experimental design with pretest - posttest in posyandu of Gajahan Clinic. Subjects were cadres, amounting to ten people. Data collection was done by measuring weight and height. Analysis of the data by independent t test trials. Result: analysis showed the influence of training on the improvement of data validity. Data didn’t valid before training (p < 0.05) and be valid after training (p> 0.05) compared with gold standar.TEM and TEM% values for inter-and intraobserver decreased after training. All calculations of coefficient reliability were above the cut-off value of 0.95. Conclusions: Training can improve the accuracy of measurement in the terms of validity and reliability. Measurement error which expressed by TEM decreased after training. It means better measurement accuracycan be achieved.
