ANALISIS KAPASITAS PRODUKSI ALAT BERAT DAN PELAKSANAAN PEKERJAAN STRUKTUR PIER R2 PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN FLYOVER JOMBOR YOGYAKARTA

Kemacetan merupakan hal biasa yang terjadi pada persimpangan Jombor karena volume kendaraan yang padat baik ke arah Yogyakarta maupun ke luar kota. Proyek flyover Jombor merupakan upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kemacetan lalu lintas yang terjadi di simpang empat Jombor. Pelaksanaan pekerjaan dan analisis kapasitas produksi alat berat pada pekerjaan pier R2 merupakan tujuan dari tugas akhir ini.Metode yang digunakan adalah pengamatan di lapangan, wawancara, studi pustaka, dokumentasi dan analisis. Dimana, kelima proses tersebut sangat diperlukan dalam pengamatan pekerjaan dan analisis kapasitas alat berat. Berdasarkan pengamatan dan analisis dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan struktur pier R2 memiliki 3 tahapan pekerjaan yaitu pekerjaan Bore Pile, pekerjaan Pile Cap dan pekerjaan Pier. Penggunaan alat pada masing-masing pekerjaan kurang maksimal karena kapasitas produksi yang masih dibawah kapasitas alat. Pada pelaksanaan pengecoran penggunaan alat truck mixer seharusnya dapat dimaksimalkan agar pekerjaan lebih efisien.

Jombor flyovers project is an effort made to overcome the congestion that occurs at the intersection of Jombor. Work implementation and analysis of heavy equipment production capacity in pier R2 is the porpuse of this task report. The menthod used is observation, interviews, literature, documentation and analysis. Where, the five indispensable in the proscess of observation of work and analysis of heavy equipment production capacity. Based on the observations and analyzes can be concluded that in the building of pier structure has three stages, there are bore pile jobs, pile cap jobs dan pier jobs. Use each heavy equipment on the jobs less than maximum because production capacity is still below the capacity of the equipment. On the foundry implementations,the use of a truck mixer should be maximized in order to work more efficiently
