PENENTUAN JUMLAH KEBUTUHAN TENAGA KERJA BERDASARKAN WAKTU BAKU PADA PROSES PENGOLAHAN ABON SAPI (Di Industri Rumah Tangga Pengolahan Makanan Merk “Bu Rejo”)

Masalah yang sering dihadapi oleh industri rumah tangga adalah siklus kerja dan proses produksi tidak produktif. Hal ini disebabkan industri terkait tidak paham akan kesetaraan antara jumlah tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan dengan produk yang dihasilkan. Salah satu untuk meningkatkan kinerja tersebut adalah dengan melakukan perhitungan jumlah tenaga kerja berdasarkan studi waktu. Pada studi waktu ini, dilakukan pengamatan terhadap waktu siklus dari seorang pekerja pada saat melakukan pekerjaan. Dari data waktu siklus tersebut, dilakukan perhitungan untuk menentukan waktu baku dan jumlah tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan pada suatu stasiun kerja. Studi kasus dilakukan di Industri Rumah Tangga Pengolahan Makanan Merk “Bu Rejo”. Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk produk abon sapi. Analisa yang digunakan untuk perhitungan waktu baku menggunakan waktu siklus dari masingmasing stasiun kerja. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan jumlah tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan secara teoritis sebanyak 5 orang, sementara yang ada di lapangan yaitu 4 orang. Sejauh ini dengan jumlah tenaga kerja yang dimiliki, proses produksi tetap berjalan dengan lancar karena lintas proses kegiatan tidak saling bertabrakan sehingga pekerja dapat mengisi kekosongan waktu dengan cara membantu pekerja lainnya yang belum selesai.

At the time of this study, carried out observations of the cycle time of a worker at the time of doing the job. The cycle time of the data, performed calculations to determine the standard time and the amount of labor required at a work station. Case studies conducted in Household Food Processing Industry Brand \\\"Bu Rejo\\\". This study focused on shredded beef products. Analysis used for the calculation of standard time using the cycle time of each work station. Based on the results of the calculation of the amount of labor required theoretically as many as 5 people, while there are 4 people on the ground. So far the number of owned labor, the production process continues to run smoothly because of cross-process activities not collide with each other so that the worker can fill the void of time in a way to help other workers who have not been completed.
