Beton merupakan bahan pembuat struktur yang sangat pesat kemajuan teknologinya saat ini dan dibutuhkan dalam pembangunan infrastruktur di berbagai tempat. Dalam dunia teknik sipil penggunaan beton sangat erat hubungannya sebagai material struktur. Untuk itu perlu diketahui bagaimana PT.SCG Readymix Indonesia beroperasi untuk menghasilkan beton segar. Sistem operasional secara umum melibatkan semua departemen antara lain : sales, accounting, production, technical, maintenance dan transportation. Setiap bagian memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawa masing – masing. Tugas yang dikerjakan saling berkaitan dan membentuk suatu sistem .Sistem operasional meliputi dari proses penerimaan material, proses produksi dan proses distribusi. Dalam setiap proses membutuhkan tenaga kerja yang sesuai dengan tugas yang sudah disesuaikan dan fasilitas pendukung untuk memperlancar kegiatan.

Concrete is a material structure making rapid progress and the technology is currently needed in the development of infrastructure in various places. In the world of civil engineering is closely related to the use of concrete as a structural material. For that to know how PT.SCG Indonesian Readymix operates to produce fresh concrete. Operating systems generally involve all departments such as: sales, accounting, production, technical, maintenance and transportation. Each section has a respective duties and responsibilities. Jobs done interrelated and form a system. Operating system includes material from the admissions process, the process of production and distribution processes. In each process requires appropriate manpower to the task that has been adapted and supporting facilities to facilitate the activities.
