2013 | Tugas Akhir | D3 TEKNIK MESINPompa UGA-502-AB adalah pompa yang berfungsi untuk mensirkulasikan proses condensate dengan kandungan urea di bawah 2 ppm dan ammonia 1 ppm. Kemudian kondensat di kirim ke pabrik utility untuk diproses kembali menjadi air demineral. Karena kehandalan pompa yang sangat rendah sehingga proses pengolahan limbah di sekse PCT sering terganggu. Permasalahan ketidakhandalan pompa disebabkan karena beban pemompaan yang disirkulasikan fluktuasi, sehingga ketahanan komponen jadi tidak handal terutama pada poros yang sering patah. Analisa kerusakan high speed shaft menggunakan metode diagram ishikawa dan melakuka pengujian hipotesa. Kesimpulan dari beberapa pengujian kerusakan pompa UGA-502-AB pada part-part bagian dalam yaitu high speed shaft karena pompa bekerja di luar kapasitas yang diijinkan.
The pump UGA-502-AB is a pump that serves to circulation of the process of condensate containing urea, ammonia, and CO2 to be purified into condensate by the urea content of under 2ppm, and ammonia 1ppm. The condensate is than sent to the factory utility for processing back in to demineralized water. Because of the reliability of the pump are very low so that the processing at the PCT section often disturbed. Problem of unreliability pump because the pumping load in which fluctuation of circulation, so it is not so reliable, especially the shaft are often broken. Analysis damage the high speed shafts using methods of causality or diagram Ishikawa, and do test the hypothesis. The conclusion of several testing that damage of the pump UGA-502-AB on the inside of which is high speed shaft are often broken because the pump works beyond capacity permitted.
