PERKEMBANGAN KELENTENG HOK HOO BIO (福和庙) WONOSOBO TAHUN 1950 SAMPAI TAHUN 2012

Keberadaan kelenteng Hok Hoo Bio (福和庙) di Wonosobo sangat berarti bagi umat Budha, Tao dan Konghucu di Wonosobo, karena berfungsi sebagai tempat resmi untuk menjalankan ibadah yang dilindungi pemerintah. Selain sebagai tempat ibadah, juga sebagai pusat berkumpul untuk mempererat persaudaraan diantara umat Tri Dharma Wonosobo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan kelenteng sejak didirikan tahun 1950, sejarah berdirinya kelenteng, aktivitas-aktivitas yang ada di kelenteng, fungsi bangunan dan makna simbol yang yang ada di kelenteng Hok Hoo Bio (福和庙).

The existence of Hoo Hok Bio (福和 庙) temple is very meaningful for Buddhists, Taoists, and Confucians in Wonosobo, because it serves as an official place to pray which is protected by Indonesian government. Beside for worship’s place, the temple is also functioning as a gathering center to strengthen the harmonious relationship among Tri Dharma communities in Wonosobo. This research aims at knowing the development of the temple since its inception in 1950, the history of the temple, the activities in the temple, the functions of the temple, and the meaning of symbols in Hok Hoo Bio（福和庙）temple.
