PENGARUH PEMBERIAN AGRIMINOVIT TERHADAP KADAR TOTAL KOLESTEROL, HDL, DAN LDL PLASMA DARAH AYAM BROILER

Telah dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan mengetahui pengaruh pemberian agriminovit terhadap kadar total kolesterol, HDL, dan LDL plasma darah ayam broiler. Dua puluh ekor DOC dibagi menjadi empat kelompok. Kelompok I adalah kelompok yang hanya diberi air minum tanpa campuran agriminovit. Kelompok II adalah kelompok yang diberi minum dengan melarutkan 0,25 gram agriminovit di dalam 1 liter air minum. Kelompok III adalah kelompok yang diberi minum dengan melarutkan 0,5 gram agriminovit di dalam 1 liter air minum. Kelompok IV adalah kelompok yang diberi minum dengan melarutkan 0,75 gram agriminovit di dalam 1 liter air minum. Pemberian Agriminovit melalui air minum dilakukan pada hari ke 1-4, 11-14, dan 21-24 dihitung dari hari pertama DOC datang. Pemberian air minum dilakukan secara ad libitum terukur 2 kali sehari. Pada umur 35 hari semua ayam diambil sampel darahnya sebanyak 2 cc melalui vena axillaris dan selanjutnya dilakukan analisis terhadap kadar total kolesterol, HDL dan LDL plasma darah menggunakan metode fluites. Data yang diukur dianalisa dengan analisa varian pola searah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kelompok I memiliki rerata kadar total kolesterol 183,532 mg/dl. Pada kelompok perlakuan II,III, dan IV masing-masing memiliki rerata kadar kolesterol yang terdapat dalam plasma sebesar 167,062 mg/dl, 200,00 mg/dl, dan 181,176 mg/dl. Rerata kadar HDL yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini pada kelompok I sebesar 26,196 mg/dl, sedangkan pada kelompok II, III, dan IV rerata kadar HDL yang diperoleh masing-masing adalah 12,432 mg/dl; 28,86 mg/dl; dan 35,964 mg/dl. Hasil rerata kadar LDL dalam plasma pada kelompok I sebesar 157,336 mg/dl, sedangkan kadar LDL pada kelompok II, III, dan IV adalah sebesar 154,630 mg/dl, 171,140 mg/dl, dan 145,212 mg/dl. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa agriminovit memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai total kolesterol, HDL, serta LDL dan efek tersebut baru terlihat pada dosis 0,75 gram/1 liter air minum.

A research has been conducted in order to know the effects of agriminovit supply influence towards total cholesterol, HDL, and HDL rate in the blood plasma of broiler chicken. As many as twenty DOCs are divided into four groups. Group I is the group in which pure drinking water without agriminovit mixture is provided. Group II is the group in which 0.25 gram of agriminovit solution in 1 liters of drinking water is provided. Group III is the group in which a solution of 0.5 gram agriminovit in 1 liters of drinking water is provided. Group IV is the group in which is a solution of 0.75 gram agriminovit in 1 liters of water provided. The Agriminovit supply through drinking water is conducted on days 1-4, 11-14, and 21-24 started from the day DOC arrived. The drink supply is conducted by measured ad libitum twice a day. At the age of 35 days, all chickens was taken for their blood sample for as much as 2 cc through axillary vein and furthermore the total cholesterol, HDL, and LDL rate analyses are conducted through fluites method. The measurement data are analyzed through analysis of variance. The research results indicate that group I have average total cholesterol of 183.532 mg/dl. In the treatment group II, III, and IV each has average total cholesterol in blood plasma of 167.062 mg/dl, 200.00 mg/dl, and 181.176 mg/dl respectively. The HDL average rate obtained in this research on group I is 26.196 mg/dl, while in group II, III, and IV the HDL obtained for each group are 12.432 mg/dl; 28.86 mg/dl; and 35.964 mg/dl respectively. Average LDL rate result in blood plasma on group I is 157.336 mg/dl, while LDL on group II, III, and IV are 154.630 mg/dl, 171.140 mg/dl, and 145.212 mg/dl respectively. The result of the research can be concluded that agriminovit has influence on total cholesterol, HDL, as well as LDL and those effects are only seen on the 0.75 gram/1 liters of drinking water dosage.
