Laporan tugas akhir ini menjelaskan tentang pengolahan arsip hasil wawancara sejarah lisan dan teknik wawancara sejarah lisan di Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia. Wawancara merupakan salah satu metode untuk menyelamatkan informasi dari seseorang yang mempunyai nilai sejarah dalam segi riwayat kehidupannya. Teknik wawancara ini menjadi teknik terpenting dalam melakukan kegiatan sejarah lisan. Sejarah lisan termasuk ke dalam salah satu cara mengakuisisi arsip. Arsip yang diakuisisi berupa arsip lisan. Arsip lisan yang diakuisisi menjadi arsip sejarah lisan yang berfungsi untuk melengkapi dan mendukung arsip tulisan yang terdapat di khasanah penyimpanan Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia. Penulisan tugas akhir ini menggunakan tiga metode. Metode-metode tersebut saling melengkapi satu sama lain yang akhirnya menghasilkan data dan informasi yang tepat dalam menulis laporan tugas akhir ini. Ketiga metode tersebut adalah studi pustaka, observasi dan wawancara. Studi pustaka berguna untuk mengkaji, membaca dan membantu literatur dari buku, majalah, peraturan kerja, artikel dan internet dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini. Observasi berguna untuk mengamati secara langsung di lapangan tentang pengolahan arsip hasil wawancara sejarah lisan dan teknik wawancara sejarah lisan. Wawancara digunakan untuk melengkapi dan mendukung data-data yang ada dalam kegiatan praktik kerja lapangan di bagian sejarah lisan. Kesimpulan utama dari laporan tugas akhir ini adalah kegiatan pengolahan arsip hasil wawancara sejarah lisan dan teknik wawancara sejarah lisan sangat dibutuhkan untuk menutup kekosongan informasi yang terdapat di arsip-arsip tulisan. Informasi dari sejarah lisan tersebut juga dapat memperlurus informasi yang ada sesuai dengan keadaan yang sebenarnya saat peristiwa itu terjadi. Kegiatan pengolahan ini dimulai dari persiapan wawancara, pelaksanaan wawancara, evaluasi hasil wawancara, pembuatan sinopsis, pembuatan transkripsi dan pembuatan indeks. Kajian konsep terhadap unsur-unsur manajemen menjadi acuan ukur untuk mengatasi kendala kegiatan pengolahan ini.

This final report describes the archive processing of oral history interview and oral history interview techniques at the National Archives of the Republic Indonesia. Interviewing is one method to save information from someone who has a historical value in terms of life history. This interview technique to be the most important techniques in conducting oral history. Oral history include into one way of acquiring archives. Archive the acquired form of oral archives. Oral archive acquired the archives of oral history that serves to complement and supports writing archives contained in the repertoire of the National Archives of the Republic Indonesia storage. This final report uses three methods. These methods complement each other resulting in a data and appropriate information in writing this final report. The third method is a literature study, observation and interview. Literature study is useful for reviewing, reading and helping literature from books, magazines, work rules, article and internet in this final report. Observation is useful to observe directly in the field of archives management oral history interviews and oral history interview techniques. Interviews are used to supplement and supports the existing data in the field practice activities on the oral history. The main conclusion of this final report is the result of activity processing archive of oral history interviews and oral history interview techniques are needed to close gaps in information contained in the archives of posts. Information from oral history can also straighten the existing information in accordance with the actual situation when it happened. Activity processing started from interview preparation, implementation interviews, evaluation interviews, synopsis manufacture, manufacture of transcription and index creation. Study of the concept of the elements of a reference management measure to overcome this activity processing.
