VALUASI KEBUN RAYA BOGOR DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN CONTINGENT VALUATION METHOD

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi nilai ekonomi objek Kebun Raya Bogor yang mempunyai arti penting dalam tujuan wisata dengan menggunakan metode yaitu Contingent Valuation Method (CVM). Penilaian ekonomi terhadap objek Kebun Raya Bogor ini merupakan aplikasi Contingent Valuation Method dengan menggunakan analisis Logit. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 individu. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi besarnya nilai WTP pengunjung Kebun Raya Bogor adalah faktor biaya perjalanan, umur, pendidikan, pendapatan keluarga, pengenalan tempat, ketertarikan lokasi, dan dummy (jika pengunjung hanya berkunjung ke Kebun Raya dan jika pengunjung juga berkunjung ke tempat wisata selain Kebun Raya). Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi besarnya nilai WTA Kebun Raya Bogor adalah umur, pendidikan, pendapatan keluarga, mempertahankan lokasi, manfaat lokasi, konversi lahan, dan partispasi mempertahankan. Nilai ekonomi WTP pengunjung Kebun Raya Bogor sebesar Rp26.324.106.250, sedangkan nilai ekonomi WTA sebesar Rp8.355.488.750.000.

This study aims to estimate the economic value of the Bogor Botanical Gardens object of significant importance in the tourist destination using the Contingent Valuation Method (CVM). Economic evaluation of object Bogor Botanical Gardens is an application Contingent Valuation Method using logit analysis. The sample used in this study were as many as 100 individuals. The factors that influence that affect the value of WTP visitors Bogor Botanical Gardens is a factor travel costs, age, education, family income, place recognition, interest and location dummy (if visitors only visit to the Botanical Gardens and if visitors also visited tourist attractions in addition to Botanical Gardens). The factors that affect the value of the Bogor Botanical Gardens WTA people are age, education, family income, maintaining location, location benefits, land conversion, and maintain participation. The economic value of WTP visitors Bogor Botanical Gardens of Rp26.324.106.250 while the WTA economic value of Rp8.355.488.750.000
