kegiatan manajemen hutan seperti Pengelolaan hutan produksi secara strategis sangat penting dilakukan guna tercapainya kelestarian produksi dan finansial perusahaan hutan. Kelestarian produksi dapat diukur dari keberhasilan teknis penanaman, pemeliharaan, perlindungan dan pemungutan hasil hutan yang berkelanjutan dari tahun ke tahun. Sedangkan untuk mencapai kelestarian finansial perlu adanya pengaturan pendapatan dan biaya dari tahun ke tahun. pengelolaan hutan yang terjadi di Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui BKPH Kedunggalar, KPH Ngawi sebagai usahanya untuk mencapai kelestarian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif induktif. tahunan dalam bentuk saldo Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hubungan antara pendapatan dan biaya arus kas (cashflow) sebesar Rp 140.580.381,- di tahun 2009, Rp 1.934.030.745,- tahun 2010, Rp 1.940.411.160,- tahun 2011 dan Rp 6.697681075,- tahun 2012 cenderung terus meningkat di tiap tahun. Walaupun demikian, kenyataan lapangan struktur tegakan BKPH Kedunggalar didominasi oleh kelas hutan muda (KU I dan II) dan kurangnya praktek manajemen hutan yang baik di tingkat BKPH menimbulkan ketidakpemerataan serta ketidakberlanjutan tebangan dari tahun ke tahun sehingga mengancam keberlangsungan BKPH di masa mendatang. Perlu segera adanya pembenahan manajemen hutan BKPH Kedunggalar mengingat BKPH merupakan ujung tombak terwujudnya pengelolaan perusahaan hutan lestari .

Meanwhile, the management of income and expense from year to year is necessary in order to achieve a sustainable finance. forest management in BKPH This research is intended to identify Kedunggalar, KPH Ngawi for effort to achieve sustainability. The research method applied in this research is qualitative research which is done by collecting primary and secondary data which are then analyzed in descriptive inductive way. with saldo of cashflow is Rp 140.580.381, Based on the result of research it can be inferred that the relation between earning and expense through - in 2009, Rp 1.934.030.745,- in 2010, Rp 1.940.411.160,- in 2011 and Rp 6.697681075,- in 2012 increasing every years. Meanwhile, the fact in field has forest structure of BKPH Kedunggalar dominated forest young classis (KU I and KU II) and minim of well forest management practise in BKPH creat an unflat and unsustainable collecting of forest product every years and threats sustainabilty BKPH at few years again. Need to recovery of forest management BKPH Kedunggalar soon which remember of BKPH is the tip of spear to achieve sustainability forest company management.
