Perkembangan teknologi konstruksi yang digunakan oleh kontraktor sangat mempengaruhi mutu, biaya, dan waktu dari pelaksanaan proses konstruksi itu sendiri. Salah satunya pada penggunaan bekisting yang dituntut praktis dan mempunyai produktivitas tinggi. Teknologi bekisting arah vertikal yang digunakan pada pembangunan Apartemen dan Komplek Pertokoan Puncak Bukit Golf adalah bekisting yang termasuk dalam jenis bekisting semi system. Dengan menggunakan bekiting semi system diharapkan pekerjaan bekisting dapat dilasanakan dengan praktis dan cepat. Kajian tentang bekisting vertikal semi system dilakukan dengan cara pengamatan langsung di lapangan, wawancara kepada pihak terkait yang bertanggung jawab dalam pelaksanaan teknis di lapangan. Selain itu juga digunakan literatur agar hasil studi lebih kuat. Hasil dari pembahasan analisa diperoleh harga 1 m² bekisting kolom semi system sebesar Rp. 624,000.00 (tanpa memperhitungkan pekerja) dan harga 1 m² bekisting shearwall dan corewall sebesar Rp. 701,500.00 (tanpa memperhitungkan pekerja). Efiesiensi biaya pemasangan bekisting semi system sebesar Rp. 10,586,000.00 untuk lantai 1 pada Apartemen Puncak Bukit Golf.

Development of construction technologies that contractors use give the impact to quality, cost, and time of construction process. One of them required theuse of formwork practical and have high productivity. Vertical formwork technology used in the construction of Apartments and Soho Complex Puncak Bukit Golf is semi formwork system. By using semi formwork system is expected to work formwork can be implemented practically and quickly. Studies on vertical formwork system is done by direct observation in the field, interviewing the relevant parties responsible for the technical implementation in the field. It is also used in order to study literature more powerful. Discussion of the analysis results obtained from the price of 1m² semi column formwork system is Rp. 624,000.00 (without man power) and the price of 1m² of formwork shearwall and corewall of Rp. 701,500.00 (without man power). Efiesiensi semi formwork system installation cost of Rp. 10,586,000.00 for first floor of Puncak Bukit Golf Apartments.
