PERBANDINGAN EFEK PENGOBATAN SALEP EKSTRAK DAUN BINAHONG (Anredera cordifolia (Ten) Steenis) FRAKSI HEXAN KONSENTRASI 5% DAN 10% TERHADAP KESEMBUHAN LUKA IRIS SECARA FISIK PADA ANJING (Canis familiaris)

Anjing merupakan hewan kesayangan yang sering dijadikan hewan piaraan di rumah. Anjing sering bertingkah hiperaktif saat bermain hal ini berpotensi mengalami kelukaan pada bagian tubuh anjing. Binahong (Anredera cordifolia (Ten) Steenis) adalah salah satu herbal yang banyak digunakan sebagai obat luka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan efek pengobatan salep ekstrak daun binahong fraksi heksan konsentrasi 5% dan 10% pada proses kesembuhan luka iris pada kulit anjing. Penelitian ini mengunakan empat ekor anjing lokal betina, yang semuanya diberi perlakuan yang sama, 1 minggu setelah anjing dibiarkan beradaptasi dan diberi obat cacing ivermectin. Perlakuan berupa pembuatan luka iris dengan lege artis sebanyak 2 irisan pada sisi kanan abdomen atau paracostal anjing sepanjang 6 cm dengan arah vertikal. Irisan luka dibagian anterior sebagai kelompok A dan dibagian posterior sebagai kelompok B secara urut dari anterior ke posterior. Pada penelitian ini, luka iris dengan kode A luka diolesi salep ekstrak daun binahong fraksi heksan 5%, dan pada luka iris B luka diolesi salep ekstrak daun binahong fraksi heksan 10%. Pengamatan kesembuhan luka dilakukan secara visual dengan parameter kesembuhan luka berupa kebengkakan luka, kemerahan luka, adanya kebasahan dan pertautan kedua tepi luka. Dari penelitian menunjukkan hasil pengobatan menggunakan salep ekstrak daun binahong fraksi heksan dengan konsentrasi 5% dan 10% baik untuk kesembuhan luka secara fisik serta kesembuhan luka secara primer tercapai pada hari ke 6. Kesimpulan penelitian ini, tidak ada perbedaan antara luka iris kelompok A (perlakuan salep fraksi heksan ekstrak daun binahong 5%), maupun kelompok B (perlakuan salep fraksi heksan ekstrak daun binahong 10%).

In these studies, cuts the artificial incision to extract a ointment a wound smeared A binahong heksan 5 % of that fraction artificial incision and on a ointment a wound smeared B binahong heksan extract of 10 %. The wound is healing visually with the parameters of healing wounds is wound swelling, redness of the wound, the wetness and contact between the two edges of the wound. The results of studies show that uses ointment binahong heksan to extract a fraction of 5 % and 10 % for both physically and primary wound healing for six days. Conclude this research, there is no difference between the incision and the treatment of wounds A (ointment factions heksan extract binahong 5 %), the leaves as well as the treatment of the B (heksan extract a ointment binahong 10 %).
