PROTOTYPE OF HUMAN BODY TEMPERATURE AND HEART RATE MEASURING SYSTEM BASED ON MICROCONTROLLER ATMEGA32

Telah dibuat purwarupa sistem pengukur suhu dan detak jantung tubuh manusia berbasis mikrokontroler ATMega32 yang dirancang untuk mempermudah dalam melakukan pengukuran suhu dan detak jantung tubuh manusia melalui komunikasi serial. Data suhu dan detak jantung akan ditampilkan pada antarmuka Visual Basic 6.0. Perancangan purwarupa sistem ini menggunakan sistem minimum ATMega32, Sensor Suhu LM35, dan Sensor Heart Rate Chest Belt Kit. Dalam purwarupa sistem ini, data hasil pengukuran suhu dan detak jantung dapat disimpan dalam format file ASCII. Data tersebut bisa disimpan secara otomatis dalam waktu yang ditentukan. Sistem secara keseluruhan dapat melakukan pengambilan data suhu dan detak jantung per satu menit (60 detik). Dari hasil pengujian sistem, diketahui bahwa sensor heart rate dan sensor suhu dapat bekerja dengan baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai penyimpangan pengukuran detak jantung dengan sensor heart rate yang dibandingkan dengan stetoskop hanya sebesar 0,56 bpm dan nilai penyimpangan pembacaan suhu sebesar 0,23 °C.

Prototype of measuring system for temperature and heart rate of the human body based on microcontroller ATMega32 has been made in this final project. The prototype has been designed to facilitate for monitoring of temperature and heart rate of the human body by means of the serial communication. Temperature and heart rate data will be shown in the Visual Basic 6.0 as interface. Design of the system is using microcontroller ATMega32, LM35 Sensor Temperature, and Heart Rate Sensor Chest Belt Kit. In this system. The results data of the measurement is strored in an extention file ASCII. The results can be stored automatically in specified time. Overall the system can perform retrieval temperature and heart rate data in one minute (60 seconds). From the results of testing the system, we can know that the heart rate and temperature sensor work well. The values of the heart rate from sensor heart rate have deviation when compared to the output data from stetoskop measurement. The deviation values is 0,56 bpm. As well, the deviation of temperature reading values is 0,23°C.
