PENGUKURAN KINERJA SUPPLY CHAIN PT. TIRTA INVESTAMA CIANJUR MELALUI PENDEKATAN METODE SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS REFERENCE (SCOR)

PT Tirta Investama Cianjur merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi Air Minum Dalam Kemasan (AMDK). Pengelolaan supply chain perusahaan melibatkan banyak sekali pihak di dalamnya, baik pihak internal maupun eksternal perusahaan serta meliputi cakupan kegiatan yang luas dan rumit. Secara umum, tantangan dalam mengelola supply chain adalah kerumitan struktur supply chain dan adanya ketidakpastian. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan perencanaan yang baik dan pengukuran kinerja dalam setiap aktivitasnya. Pengukuran kinerja supply chain perusahaan dilakukan terhadap parameter input perusahaan yaitu berupa reliabilitas perencanaan (Plan Service Level), dan juga parameter output perusahaan berupa realisasi pengiriman dan lead time pemenuhan permintaan (Delivery Service Level). Nilai kinerja untuk sistem input rantai pasok perusahaan pada proses perencanaan (Plan Service level) untuk produk AQUA SPS 600 ml adalah sebesar 92,28% dan untuk produk AQUA 5 Gallons adalah sebesar 95,58%. Selanjutnya nilai kinerja untuk sistem output rantai pasok perusahaan pada proses pengiriman (Delivery Service Level) berdasarkan parameter delivery realization untuk produk AQUA SPS 600 ml adalah sebesar 96,40% dan produk AQUA 5 Gallons adalah sebesar 93,31%. Sedangkan berdasarkan perhitungan % lead time, rata-rata keterlambatan yang terjadi selama proses pengiriman produk AQUA SPS 600 ml dan produk AQUA 5 Gallons berturut-turut adalah sebesar 26,59% dan 18,66%. Berdarkan hasil pengukuran tersebut perusahaan sebaiknya meninjau kembali metode perencanaan yang digunakan terutama untuk produk AQUA SPS 600 ml serta sistem muat produk ke dalam kendaraan pengangkut selama proses pengiriman karena sebesar 70,00% penyebab terjadinya lead time selama proses tersebut disebabkan oleh total waktu muat produk ke dalam kendaraan pengangkut.

PT Tirta Investama Cianjur is a company engaged in the production of Bottled Drinking Water. Management of the company's supply chain involves many parties in it, both internal and external parties as well as covering a wide and complicated range of activities. In general, the challenge is in managing the supply chain complexity, supply chain structure, and the presence of uncertainty. Therefore it requires good planning and performance measurement within each activity. Company's supply chain performance measurement performed on the input parameters in the form of reliability planning company (Plan Service Level), and also the realization of output parameters such as shipping companies and fulfillment of lead time demand (Delivery Service Level). Performance value for the enterprise supply chain system input in the planning process (Plan Service level) of 600 ml SPS AQUA products amounted to 92.28% and for 5 Gallons AQUA products amounted to 95.58%. Furthermore the value of the performance to system output of supply chain companies in the process of delivery (Delivery Service Level) parameters based on delivery for product realization of 600 ml SPS AQUA is amounted to 96.40% and 5 Gallons AQUA products amounted to 93.31%. While based on the calculation of lead time percentage, the average delay that occurs during the process of product delivery of 600 ml SPS AQUA and 5 Gallons AQUA products respectively by 26.59% and 18.66%. Based on the measurement results, companies should review the planning method that is used primarily for product 600 ml SPS AQUA and the product loading system into the transport vehicle during the shipping process because 70,00% of the lead time during the process caused by the product total load time into the transport vehicle.
