Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan investasi pada proyek penambahan perluasan lahan parkir di Bandara Adisutjipto Yogyakarta, sehingga akan diketahui kelayakan investasi dari proyek tersebut secara finansial maupun sosial. Penelitian ini menguji kelayakan investasi dari sisi finansial dengan melakukan identifikasi biaya dan manfaat dari proyek tersebut menggunakan metode Net Present Benefit, sedangkan analisis secara sosial dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner dan mengolahnya dengan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil analisis secara finansial menunjukkan bahwa penambahan perluasan lahan parkir Bandara Adisutjipto layak dilaksanakan karena proyek tersebut memberikan manfaat sosial, sedangkan secara sosial menunjukkan hasil bahwa proyek ini layak dijalankan karena sebagian besar responden memberikan respon positif terhadap aspek-aspek sosial dalam proyek tersebut.

The objective of this research is to perform the investment feasibility of the parking area expansion project in Adisutjipto Airport, Yogyakarta. The feasibility study will be carried out both from financial and social perspective. The financial feasibility study of the investment is conducted by performing cost-benefit analysis of the project using Net Present Benefit method; while the social feasibility study of the investment is carried out by gathering data through questionnaires and then analyzing the data using descriptive qualitative method. Financial analysis of the study shows that the expansion of parking area of Adisutjipto Airport is feasible due to the financial benefit obtained by the project. Social analysis of the study shows that this project is feasible due to the positive responses given by most respondents on the social aspects of the project.
