PENGEMBANGAN PROTOTIPE SISTEM INFORMASI AKREDITASI PENDIDIKAN (SIAP) BERBASIS WEB PADA POLTEKKES KEMENKES ACEH

Latar Belakang: Pusdiknakes telah berupaya meningkatkan kualitas penyelengaraan pendidikan tenaga kesehatan melalui akreditasi institusi. ini merupakan implementasi dari undang-undang sistem pendidikan nasional no. 20 tahun 2003. Dalam pelaksanaan akreditasi tersebut ditemukan beberapa masalah dan hambatan, diantaranya adalah waktu yang dibutuhkan terlalu lama, perhitungan skor masih secara manual, data tidak dapat di update setiap waktu, dan backup data yang tidak aman serta lokasi institusi poltekkes yang tersebar luas. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Proses pengembangan prototipe sistem informasi memerlukan input-input dari user dan akhirnya harus dievaluasi untuk memperoleh protipe yang sesuai kebutuhan. Tujuan: Mengembangkan prototipe sistem informasi akreditasi pendidikan tenaga kesehatan yang berbasis web untuk membantu proses akreditasi pada Prodi Keperawatan Meulaboh Poltekkes Kemenkes Aceh Metode: Penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif dengan pendekatan action research dengan 14 responden dari Prodi Keperawatan Meulaboh Poltekkes Kemenkes Aceh yang ditugaskan melakukan proses evaluasi diri internal untuk keperluan akreditasi pendidikan. Penelitian dimulai dengan wawancara mendalam guna menggali kebutuhan informasi, alur proses dan hasil yang diharapkan. Proses pemrogramman dilakukan dengan mengaplikasikan hasil yang telah diperoleh dari wawancara. Uji coba dan demonstrasi dilakukan kepada seluruh responden untuk mengevaluasi aspek usability dari prototipe yang dikembangkan Hasil dan Pembahasan: Prototipe dikembangkan dengan fitur dan informasi yang dihasilkan berbeda untuk dua kelompok pengguna yaitu program studi isntitusi diknakes dan assesor akreditasi pendidikan. Keberadaan menu input data yang mudah, proses perhitungan skor yang otomatis serta laporan hasil yang sesuai merupakan fitur yang dibutuhkan oleh institusi diknakes. Selain itu diatur juga siapa saja yang dapat mengunakan dengan username dan password yang berbeda. Dari evaluasi yang dilakukan mengenai usability system, secara umum 92,9% responden sangat setuju sistem yang dikembangkan memberikan kemudahan dan manfaat bagi responden dalam melakukan pekerjaannya. Kesimpulan: Kemudahan dalam mengakses, pengoperasian dan ketersediaan informasi yang dibutuhkan merupakan hal yang menjadi perhatian oleh responden. Kemudahan dalam melakukan input data, otomatisasi perhitungan skor dan pembuatan laporan yang sesuai memberikan kemudahan di dalam menggunakan, menganalisa dan mengambil keputusan dari sistem informasi yang disajikan

Background: Pusdiknakes has been working to improve the quality of the organization of health education through accreditation of study programs. This is the implementation of rule national education system no 20 of 2003. In the implementation of the accreditation discovered some problems and obstacles, such as the time it takes too long, still manually calculating scores, the data can not be updated at any time, and the backup data is not secure and the location widespread polytechnic institutions. For that we need an information system that can overcome these problems. Information system prototype development process requires inputs from the user and eventually had to be evaluated to obtain the prototype as needed Objective: To develop a prototype system of accreditation of educational information that a web-based to assist the accreditation process at Nursing Academy Meulaboh of Aceh Health Polytecnic. Methods: The study is a descriptive-qualitative action research approach with 14 respondents from Prodi Nursing Meulaboh Aceh Polytechnic Ministry of Health commissioned an internal self-evaluation process for accreditation of educational purposes. This study is started from in-depth interviews to explore the needs of information, workflow processes and expected outcomes. The process of programming is done by applying the result of the interview. Trials and demonstrations are done to all respondents to evaluate the usability aspects of the developed prototype. Results and Discussion: Prototype is developed with features and information generated for the two different user groups, namely diknakes isntitusion courses and educational accreditation assessors. The existence of easy data input menu, automatic score calculation process and report results as a feature required by diknakes institution. In addition, it also set who can use the username and password is different. From the evaluation of the system usability, 92.9% of respondents strongly agreed that the system is developed to provide convenience and benefits to the respondent at his job. Conclusion: The easyness in accessing, operation and availability of the required information is concern by respondents. The easyness in data input, score calculation automation and reporting appropriate provide convenience in use, analyze and make decisions on the information presented system.
