SIMULASI SISTEM INTEGRASI PERKEBUNAN, PETERNAKAN DAN INDUSTRI UNTUK PENINGKATAN PRODUKTIVITAS SISTEM INDUSTRI Industri Kopi (Studi Kasus di KUB Kebun Makmur Kab Sleman)

2013 | Tesis | S2 Magister Teknik SistemPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) pengembangan model sistem integrasi food, feed, fuel, fertilizer pada subsistem perkebunan, peternakan, industri dalam peningkatan produk sistem, khususnya produk kopi KUB Kebun Makmur, dan (2) optimalisasi dari model didasarkan pada nilai kelayakan ekonomi masing – masing model sebelum dan sesudah diterapkan pengembangan integrasi serta pengambilan keputusan dari model integrasi food, feed, fuel, fertilizer pada sistem berbasis komoditas kopi. Penelitian ini menggunakan cara pembandingan model sistem dari subsistem perkebunan, peternakan, industri dengan kondisi awal (model 1) sebelumnya tanpa integrasi dan disimulasikan dengan pengembangan model integrasi food, feed, fuel, fertilizer dari subsistem perkebunan, peternakan, industri, dengan terdapatnya unit biogas dalam subsistem industri untuk pengolahan limbah peternakan, model ini disebut model 2. Pada model 3 sistem integrasi terdapat penambahan power plan pada subsistem industri dalam pengembangan model sistem. Dalam penelitian ini didasarkan pada nilai kelayakan ekonomi serta pengambilan keputusan dengan Grid Analysis dengan pembandingan beberapa aspek (teknik, ekonomi, lingkungan dan sosial). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) terdapat beberapa alternatif pilihan dari masing – masing model dalam pengambilan keputusan, dan (2) pengambilan keputusan peneliti mangarah pada nilai aspek sosial > lingkungan > ekonomi > teknik maka model 2 dalam pengambilan keputusan dijadikan pilihan pengembangan model integrasi food, feed, fuel, fertilizer pada subsistem perkebunan, peternakan, industri.
The purposes of this research are to: (1) model development system integration food, feed, fuel, fertilizer to subsystems farming, animal husbandry, industry in improving the product system especially of coffee production Kebun Makmur, and (2) the optimization of models based on the value of the economic feasibility of each model before and after the applied development of integration , decision making models integration food, feed, fuel, fertilizer on coffee commodity – based systems. This research use models how the system of benchmarking subsystems farming, animal husbandry, industry with initial conditions (model 1) previously without integration and development integration model the simulated with food, feed, fuel, fertilizer of the subsystems farming, animal husbandry, industry, with a presence in the biogas unit on subsystems industry for processing waste of animal husbandry, this model is called model 2. In the model 3 are additional power plant on subsystems industry at systems integration in the development of system models. In this study based on the value of the economic feasibility and decision making with Grid Analysis by comparing some aspects (technical, economic, environment and social). The Results of research show that: (1) there are few alternative options of each model in decision-making, and (2) decision-making researcher to choose the value of social aspects > environment > economic > engineering, the decisionmaking model 2 be selected in model development integration food, feed , fuel, fertilizer to subsystems farming, animal husbandry, industry.
