Latar Belakang: Pencegahan kecelakaan melalui pengendalian bahaya pekerjaan atau analisis risiko pekerjaan diperlukan metode yang terukur dan efektif. PT.Chevron Pasific Indonesia sudah menerapkan Job Safety Analysis (JSA) sejak tahun 1999. Kecelakaan kerja di departemen Maintanance Operational Support and Certification masih terjadi setiap tahun, sejak 2006 sampai saat penelitian dilaksanakan. Tujuan: Untuk mengkaji korelasi tingkat pengetahuan K3, motivasi K3 dan penerapan JSA terhadap kecelakaan kerja. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini mengkaji data kuesioner dengan rancangan crossectional. Penelitian ini menggunakan angket pengetahuan K3 (K3), angket motivasi K3, angket penerapan JSA dan angket kecelakaan kerja. Hasil Penelitian: (1) Hasil regresi logistik menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3), motivasi K3 dan penerapan job safety analysis dengan kecelakaan kerja, dengan p-value masingmasing adalah 0,043, 0,049 dan 0,048 dan R2= 0,257, dan variabel yang paling dominan terhadap kecelakaan kerja adalah variabel motivasi K3(exp β=0,970); (2) hasil regresi logistik menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan K3 dan penerapan JSA secara simultan dengan kecelakaan kerja (P= 0,005; R²= 0,248); (3) hasil regresi logistik menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara motivasi K3 dan penerapan JSA secara simultan dengan kecelakaan kerja (P= 0,012; R²= 0,207). Kesimpulan: (1) Terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan K3, motivasi K3 dan penerapan job safety analysis dengan kecelakaan kerja; (2) terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan K3 dan penerapan JSA secara bersama-sama terhadap kecelakaan kerja; (3) terdapat hubungan antara motivasi K3 dan penerapan JSA secara terhadap kecelakaan kerja.

Background: Prevention of accident through control of occupational danger or occupational risk analysis requires a measurable and effective method. PT.Chevron Pasific Indonesia has implemented Job Safety Analysis (JSA) since 1999. Occupational accident in the department of Maintanance Operational Support and Certification still occurs since 2006 until the research was conducted. Objective: To study the correlation of Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Motivation of OSH and the implementation of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) with occupational accident. Method of Research: This research investigateD questionnaire data with crosssectional study design. It employed questionnaire of knowledge of OSH, questionnaire of motivation of OSH, questionnaire of implementation of JSA, and questionnaire of occupational accident. Result of Research: (1) Logistic regression result indicates that there is correlation of knowledge of occupational safety and health (OSH), motivation of OSH, implementation of Job Safety Analysis with occupational accident with pvalue of P=0.043, P=0.049, P=0.048 respectively, effective contribution of R2= 0.257, and the most dominant is varible of motivation of OSH (Exp β= 0.970; (2) Logistic regression result indicates that there is correlation of knowledge of OSH and the simultaneous implementation of JSA with occupational accident (P=0.005; R²=0.248); (3) Logistic regression result indicates that there is correlation of motivation of OSH and simultaneous implementation of JSA with occupational accident (P=0,012; R²=0,207). Conclusion: (1) There is correlation of knowledge level of OSH, motivation of OSH, implementation of Job safety analysis with occupational accident; (2) there is correlation of knowledge of OSH and the simultaneous implementation of JSA with occupational accident; (3) that there is correlation of motivation of OSH and simultaneous implementation of JSA with occupational accident.
