STUDI dan PENERAPAN FRAMEWORK MVC dan AJAX PADA PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM PENDAFTARAN MAHASISWA BARU ONLINE (STUDI KASUS : UNIVERSITAS U’BUDIYAH INDONESIA

Intisari— Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui serangkaian proses dan tahapan yang dimulai dari studi dari konsep Model-View-Controller (MVC), dilanjutkan dengan perbandingan framework dari aplikasi berbasis web yang menerapkan konsep MVC, kemudian dilakukan penerapan konsep MVC menggunakan framework yang dibangun sendiri pada studi kasus yaitu pada Sistem Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru di Universitas U’budiyah Indonesia. “SPMB”online ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa sripting PHP: Hypertext Preprocessesor (PHP) dan Ajax. Sistem penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru (SPMB) adalah sebuah aplikasi sistem berbasis web, yang yang menyediakan layanan pendaftaran calon siswa secara online dan memberikan informasi pendaftaran, memuat fasilitas-fasilitas umum untuk sebuah web penerimaan siswa baru. “SPMB” online memberikan informasi penerimaan mahasiswa baru, petunjuk pelaksanaan calon mahasiswa baru, info sekolah peserta calon mahasiswa baru, data pendaftar calon mahasiswa baru, pengumuman hasil seleksi calon mahasiswa baru, dan fasilitas input serta pengolahan data pendaftar, pilihan jurusan, sekolah asal, informasi kelulusan, serta fasilitas untuk mem-backup database.

The research was conducted through a series of processes and stages starting from the study of the concept of Model-View-Controller (MVC), followed by a comparison framework of web-based applications that implement the MVC concept, then made the application of the concept of using the MVC framework is built himself on the case study on \"Admissions System at the University U’budiyah Indonesia\". This “SPMB” online is built by using the language \"sripting PHP\": Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and Ajax. New Student admission system (SPMB) is a web-based application system, which is providing prospective students online registration and provides registration information, includes public facilities to a new admissions website. \"SPMB\" online admission information, guide the implementation of new students, school information of new students, Data registries of new students, the announcement of the selection of new students, and facility of data input and processing applicants, selection of majors, origin school, graduation information, and also the facilities for database backup.
