The rapid development of information technology makes firms in the world to use technology as a tool in order to improve productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency of performance. Implementation of information system development is making the technology acceptance becomes an important issue for organizations that implement them. Several studies have been conducted to analyze the information technology acceptance in the population, the organization, as well as the different systems. In analyzing more about acceptance, this research examines the application of the Technology Acceptance Model 2 (TAM2) in explaining user's intention to use a third-party e-recruitment system in Indonesia. In testing, TAM2 is an appropriate model to describe the acceptance of job seekers in the intention to use a third-party e-recruitment system. Perceived usefulness and subjective have a significant effect on the intention of the use of third-party e-recruitment system, while Perceived Ease of Use has no influence on the intention of the use of third-party e-recruitment system. It means that the job seekers have the intention of using third-party e-recruitment system when thirdparty e-recruitment system has the benefit of a high perceived by job seekers. Intention in using a third-party e-recruitment system is also affected by perceptions of the people that are important for the user, the higher the influence of the people that are important for job seekers to use a third-party e-recruitment system, the higher the intention job seekers in the use of third-party e-recruitment system. While the perceived ease of use of the system does not make the job seekers have the intention to use a third-party e-recruitment system, third-party erecruitment system that is easy to use is not a reference for job seekers to have the intention of using a third-party e-recruitment system.
