ANALISIS KESUKSESAN SISTEM TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI: Studi System Application Product (SAP) PT Freeport Indonesia.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem dengan penggunaan sistem; mengetahui hubungan kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem, penggunaan sistem dengan kepuasan penggunaan; mengetahui hubungan penggunaan sistem dengan dampak individu; mengetahui hubungan kepuasan penggunaan sistem dengan dampak organisasi; dan mengetahui hubungan dampak individu terhadap dampak organisasi dari sistem informasi SAP pada PT. Freeport Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan dan relation work PT Freeport Indonesia. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden dan teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), sedangkan pengujian model dalam penelitian ini dengan pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Analisis ini meliputi: uji validitas dan reliabilitas, Uji Goodness of Fit Model, pengujian hipotesis melalui uji t (C.R). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji uji t (C.R) yang menunjukan bahwa kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem berpengaruh positif terhadap penggunaan sistem; kualitas informasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengunaan sistem; kualitas sistem, penggunaan sistem berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengunaan sistem; penggunaan sistem berpengaruh positif terhadap dampak individu; kepuasan penggunaan sistem berpengaruh positif terhadap dampak organisasi; dan dampak individu berpengaruh positif terhadap dampak organisasi dari sistem informasi SAP pada PT. Freeport Indonesia.

This study aims to determine the relationship of information quality, system quality with the use of the system; know the relationship between information quality, system quality, use of the system with the use of satisfaction; know the relationship between the use of the system with the individual effects; determine the relationship of satisfaction with system use organizational impact; and determine the relationship of the individual impact of the organizational impact of the SAP information system on PT. Freeport Indonesia. The population in this study were all employees and work relations PT Freeport Indonesia. The samples in this study of 100 respondents and the technique used is purposive sampling technique. Methods of data analysis in this study using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), while testing the model in this study with the approach of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This included: validity and reliability, Goodness of Fit Test Model, hypothesis testing via t test (CR). . The results showed that the hypothesis testing using the t test (CR) which indicates that the information quality, system quality has a positive effect on the use of the system; quality of the information does not affect the use of satisfaction of the system; quality of the system, the system uses a positive impact on system usage satisfaction; use of the system has a positive effect to the impact of the individual; satisfaction of the use of the system has a positive effect to the impact of the organization; and the impact of individual positive influence on organizational impact of the SAP information system on PT. Freeport Indonesia.
