EVALUASI PENERIMAAN SISTEM INFORMASI E-LEARNING DENGAN METODE TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL (TAM) DI PUSDIKLAT BPK RI

Penerapan e-learning di Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan BPK RI mendorong peningkatan proses bisnis menjadi efektif dan effisien. Dengan Kantor perwakilan yang tersebar di 33 Provinsi, penerapan e-learning diharapkan dapat meningkatkan proses bisnis pusat pendidikan dan pelatihan menjadi lebih baik. Elearning juga memungkinkan terjadinya aktivitas pembelajaran secara independen. Pemanfaatan e-learning dapat diperoleh secara lengkap apabila seluruh faktor yang menyertainya dalam kondisi yang siap (ready). Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya evaluasi terhadap penerimaan sistem informasi e-learning. Salah satu teori tentang evaluasi penggunaan sistem teknologi informasi yang dianggap sangat berpengaruh dan umumnya digunakan untuk menjelaskan penerimaan individual terhadap penggunaan sistem teknologi informasi adalah model penerimaan teknologi atau Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang pertama kali diperkenalkan oleh Fred D Davis. TAM dapat digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat penerimaan pengguna terhadap teknologi. TAM mendefinisikan dua faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan pengguna terhadap teknologi yaitu persepsi akan manfaat teknologi dan persepsi akan kemudahan dalam teknologi. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 118 responden pengguna e-learning. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software SmartPLS. Hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan α = 0,05 menunjukan bahwa Perceived Ease of Use berpengaruh terhadap Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Usefulness dan Perceived Ease of Use berpengaruh terhadap Attitude Toward, Attitude Toward dan Perceived Usefulness berpengaruh terhadap Behavioral Intention, serta Behavioral Intention dan Perceived Usefulness berpengaruh terhadap Actual Technology Use.

The implementation of e-learning at the Center of Education and Training BPK RI encourage business process effectively and efficiently. E-learning is expected to enhance the business processes of education and training center because it facilitates the learning process of representative offices in 33 provinces. E-learning also enables the learning activities independently. The readiness of the factors supporting the success of e-learning can lead the full implementation of elearning. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the acceptance of e-learning information system. The theory that influences in the evaluation of the use of information technology systems and is commonly used to explain the individual acceptance of the use of information technology systems is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). TAM was introduced by Fred D Davis. It defines two factors that influence user acceptance in technology. These factors are the perception of the benefits of technology and the perception of the ease of technology. This research was carried out to 118 respondents of e-learning users. The data was analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in software SmartPLS. The results indicate that Perceived Ease of Use influences Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use influence Attitude Toward, Attitude Toward and Perceived Usefulness influence Behavioral Intention, and Behavioral Intention and Perceived Usefulness influence Actual Technology Use (α = 0.05).
