KAJIAN POTENSI DAN ARAHAN PENGGUNAAN AIRTANAH BEBAS UNTUK KEBUTUHAN AIR DOMESTIK DI KECAMATAN DEPOK KABUPATEN SLEMAN

2013 | Skripsi | GEOGRAFI DAN ILMU LINGKUNGANTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) mengetahui sebaran dan besar potensi airtanah di Kecamatan Depok, 2) Mengetahui kebutuhan air domestik Kecamatan Depok, dan 3) menentukan arahan penggunaan airtanah untuk kebutuhan air domestik di Kecamatan Depok. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan survey instisional dan survey lapangan. Data instansional yang digunakan berupa data jumlah penduduk dam data sumur log bor. Survey lapangan dilakukan dengan metode sampling sistematis untuk memperoleh data karakteristik airtanah yaitu kedalaman muka airtanah, fluktuasi, dan daya hantar listrik airtanah, sedangkan data konduktivitas hidrolik airtanah diperoleh dengan metode uji pompa, dengan pemilihan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Jenis tanah digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan sampel untuk uji pompa. Data kebutuhan air domestik diperoleh dengan wawancara, dengan pemilihan responden berdasarkan metode pengambilan sampel berupa metode proporsional random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif, deskriptif dan spasial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebaran potensi airtanah di daerah penelitian terdiri dari 3 jenis, yaitu sangat tinggi dan tinggi. Potensi sangat tinggi mendominasi areal penelitian, diikuti dengan potensi airtanah tinggi yang mendominasi bagian pinggir daerah penelitian dari selatan, barat hingga utara. Tingkat kebutuhan air domestik di daerah penelitian adalah 146,38 liter/hari, dengan kebutuhan air domestik total di daerah penelitian sebesar 18.332,48 m3/hari. Arahan penggunaan airtanah berdasarkan potensi airtanah di daerah penelitian terbagi menjadi 2 zona, yaitu Zona Penurapan I dan Zona Penurapan II, dengan batas pemanfaatan sebesar 35.801,083 m3/hari. Besarnya batas penggunaan airtanah tersebut masih belum terlampaui oleh besarnya pemanfaatan air untuk kebutuhan domestik, namun tidak menutup kemungkinan bahwa batas penggunaan airtanah tersebut dapat terlampaui.
The aims of this research are 1) to study the distribution and amount of groundwater potential in Depok Subdistrict, 2) to study the amount of domestic water requirements in Depok Subdistrict 3) and to determine the groundwater utilizing direction for domestic water requirements in Depok Subdistrict. Method that used in this research were survey of instantional data, and field survey. Instantional data were used in this research were total amount of citizen of Subdistrict Depok and log-drillhole well. Field survey were done with systematic random sampling to aquire groundwater characteristic (groundwater surface depth, groundwater fluctuation, and electroconductivity of groundwater). Groundwater hydraulic conductivity were acquired by pumping test with purposive random sampling as the sampling method, which was based on the kind of soil. The amount of domestic water requirements were obtained by interview with citizens of research area, based on proporsional random sampling method. The analysis were used in this research were quantitative analysis, descpitive analysis, and spatial analysis. The results of this research show that the distribution of groundwater potential in research area divided into 2 kinds of groundwater potential, namely very high and high groudnwater potention. The very high groudnwater potention dominated most of the research area, followed with high groundwater potention that occupy the margin from south, west, and north of research area. The amount of domestic water requirements is 146,38 liter/people/day, and the amount of total domestic water requirements in Subdistrict Depok are 18.332,48 m3/day. The groundwater utlilizing direction for domestic water requirements in research area based on the groundwater potention is divided into 2 kinds of zone. The Withdrawal Zone I and The Withdrawal Zone II. The margin of groundwater utilizing by its safe yield is 35.801,083 m3/day and still not surpassed by the total domestic water requirements, but it still possible that domestic water requirements will surpass the groundwater utilizing margin.
