NILAI PERDAMAIAN PIAGAM MADINAH DALAM KERJASAMA ANTARIMAN SEBAGAI KONSEP RESOLUSI KONFLIK

Penelitian dengan judul “Nilai Perdamaian Piagam Madinah dalam Kerjasama Antariman sebagai Model Resolusi Konflik” ini bertujuan untuk menyumbangkan model resolusi konflik dalam pasal-pasal Piagam Madinah. Dengan pendekatan historis penulis berupaya untuk serving to find out dalam hal resolusi konflik yang terdapat pada pasal-pasal Piagam Madinah. Singkronisasi pada pratek presiden resolusi konflik kontemporer juga disuguhkan demi mendukung nilai relevansi penelitian ini. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti akan menggunakan dua metode penelitian. Pertama, Disipline Cofigurative Study, dimana peneliti akan menginterpretasi berdasarkan teori yang bertumpu pada general hepothesis, dan menyimpulkan hepotesa berdasarkan teori yang ada serta menguji dan menggunakan teori tersebut. Kedua, Heuristic-configutrative study, disini peneliti akan menggunakan istilah serving to find out, dimana ia akan mencoba menemukan atau membentuk sebuah teori baru dalam hal resolusi konflik khususnya dalam intrastate war. Melalui Studi literatur penulis akan mengambil data-data dari studi kepustakaan. Dengan metode ini peneliti juga akan mengumpulkan dan melabel data-data yang berasal dari buku, jurnal, artikel, media masa dan media elektronik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa model penyelesaian konflik dengan merujuk pada nilai-nilai perdamaian yang terdapat pada interpretasi teks pasalpasal Piagam Madinah sangat singkron dengan apa yang dipraktekan pada saat ini. hal ini didukung dengan adanya pendapat para ilmuan barat maupun timur yang sejutu dengan keabsahan Piagam Madinah sebagai dokumen penting dizamannya. Dalam proses ini, para pihak yang bertikai akan membangun kepercayaan, pengertian dalam konteks kerjasama saling menguntungkan. Dengan berfokus pada pencarian kesepakatan yang digambarkan sebagai negosiasi. Sistem tawarmenawar dimana para protagonist memanfaatkan kekuatan untuk saling mengeruk keuntungan, karena tujuan dari resolusi konflik adalah mencari dan mengembangkan keuntungan demi tercapainya kesepakatan melalui proses kerjasama dan bukan sebaliknya.

Objectives of the research entittled “Nilai Perdamaian Piagam Madinah dalam Kerjasama Kemanusiaan sebagai Model Resolusi Konflik” is to contribute the conflict resolution models in the texts of Medina Charter. With a historical approach, researcher try to serving the author seeks to find out the resolution of the conflict contained in the articles of the Medina Charter. Synchronizing by the contemporary conflict resolution practise is also presented in supporting of the value relevance of the research. In this study, researcher will use two methods of research. First, disipline cofigurative study, in this method researcher will interpret the texts based on the theory that rests on the general hepothesis, and summarize hepotesa based on existing theories. Second, heuristic-configutrative study, researcher will use the term serving to find out, where she will try to find or form a new theory in terms of conflict resolution especially in intrastate war. Through the literature review the authors will take the data from the study of literature. The researcher also will collect and label data from books, journals, articles, media and electronic media. edina Charter The result of this research is to demonstrate that the resolution conflict model that based on values of M texts has synchronism indicator by what is practiced today. This argument is supported by the western and eastern scientist’s opinions that Medina Charter is the one of important valid documents In this process, the parties of the conflict will share confidence and understanding in the context of mutually beneficial cooperation. By focusing on the search deal was described as a negotiation. Bargaining system in which the protagonist harnessed the power of mutual profits, since the goal of conflict resolution is to find and develop profits in order to achieve an agreement through the process of cooperation and not vice versa.
