Pengaruh Budaya Inovasi Persepsian dan Dukungan Organisasi Persepsian terhadap Perilaku Inovatif Karyawan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh budaya inovasi persepsian dan dukungan organisasi persepsian terhadap perilaku inovatif karyawan. Hipotesa dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Budaya inovasi persepsian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif karyawan, (2) Dukungan organisasi persepsian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif karyawan. Metode pengumpulan datamenggunakan metode populasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh karyawan PT Mataram Surya Visi. Jumlah karyawan PT Mataram Surya Visi sebanyak 100 karyawan,yang digunakan untuk analisislebih lanjut.Penentuanrespondendengan metodepopulasi. Analisis datamenggunakananalisis regresi linier berganda, sertauji F dan ujit dengantingkat signifikansi 0,05(5%). Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis 1 yaitu budaya inovasi persepsian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif karyawan diterima. Hipotesis 2 yaitu dukungan organisasipersepsian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif karyawan diterima. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah budaya inovasi persepsian berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif karyawan, sedangkan dukungan organisasi persepsian berpengaruh terhadap perilaku inovatif karyawan.

This study aims to examine the effect of the perception of a culture of innovation and perceptions of organizational support for innovative behavior of employees. The hypotheses in this study are, namely (1) There is a positive and significant impact on the perception of a cultural innovation on innovative behavior of employees; (2) There is a positive and significant impact on perceptions of organizational support on innovative behavior of employees. Method of data collection method was distributing questionnaires to a number of employees. Determination of the respondents used the population, for respondents who actually had innovative behavior. Analysis of data used multiple linear regression analysis, as well as the F test and t test with significance level of 0.05 (5%). The results of hypothesis testing shows that the hypothesis 1 that there is a significant and positive perception of a cultural innovation to innovative behavior of employees was received. Hypothesis 2 is that there is a significant and positive influence perceptions of organizational support for innovative behavior of employees was received. The conclusion of this study is that perceptions of cultural innovation significantly influence the innovative behavior of employees, while the perception of organizational support has a positive effect on employee innovative behavior.
