PERBEDAAN KEKERASAN MIKRO RESIN KOMPOSIT NANO DAN RESIN KOMPOSIT SILORANE PADA PENGGUNAAN OBAT KUMUR DENGAN DAN TANPA KANDUNGAN ALKOHOL ( Kajian in Vitro

Perkembangan terbaru dari restorasi resin komposit salah satunya berhubungan dengan teknologi nano yaitu resin komposit nanofil. Silorane merupakan matriks resin komposit baru sebagai pengganti resin komposit bermatriks metakrilat. Saat ini di masyarakat pemakaian obat kumur berkembang pesat dan sudah menjadi rutinitas untuk menjaga kebersihan mulut. Obat kumur ada yang menggunakan alkohol sebagai pelarut ataupun tanpa alkohol. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan kekerasan mikro resin komposit nanofil dan silorane pada penggunaan obat kumur dengan dan tanpa kandungan alkohol Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan 30 sampel resin komposit. Sampel dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok, yaitu 15 sampel resin komposit nanofil (A) dan 15 sampel resin komposit silorane (B), kemudian tiap kelompok dibagi menjadi 3 sub kelompok secara acak yang masing-masing kelompok terdiri dari 5 sampel, kemudian direndam pada obat kumur beralkohol, tanpa alkohol dan saliva buatan (kontrol) selama 24 jam. Kekerasan mikro permukaan resin komposit terhadap obat kumur diuji dengan Vickers microhardness tester dan hasilnya dianalisa menggunakan analisis varian dua jalur dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Tukey untuk mengetahui perbedaan antar kelompok dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai kekerasan mikro resin komposit nanofil yang direndam obat kumur mengandung alkohol lebih rendah dari pada resin komposit silorane yang direndam obat kumur mengandung alkohol. Hasil perhitungan statistik menggunakan anava dua jalur menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan bermakna pada kekerasan mikro pada resin komposit nanofil dan silorane pada penggunaan obat kumur dengan dan tanpa kandungan alkohol (p<0,05). Pada penelitian ini, disimpulkan bahwa bahwa terdapat perbedaan bermakna kekerasan mikro pada resin komposit nanofil dan silorane pada penggunaan obat kumur dengan dan tanpa kandungan alkohol, tidak ada pengaruh penggunaan obat kumur dengan dan tanpa kandungan alkohol terhadap kekerasan mikro resin komposit silorane dan resin komposit silorane lebih stabil kekerasan mikronya dibandingkan resin komposit nanofil.

The latest development of composite resin restorations is associated with nanotechnology such as nanofil composite resin. Silorane a new composite resin matrix instead of in methacrylate resin matrix composites. Currently the use of mouthwash is growing rapidly and has become a routine for maintaning oral hygiene. The aim of this research is to find out whether there are differences in microhardness of nano and silorane composite resin on the use of mouthwash with and without alcohol content. This study methode used 30 samples of nanofil and silorane composite resin (each 15 samples). The sample were divided into 2 group, 15 sample nanofil composite resin (A) and 15 sample silorane composite resin (B), and the group were divided randomly into three sub group, each sub group consist 5 samples, and then soaked in alcohol mouthwash, no alcohol and artificial saliva (control) for 24 hours. Microhardness of composite resin to mouthwash was tested with Vickers microhardness tester and the results were analized using two-way analysis of variance and followed by Tukey test to determine differences between groups at 95% level of significance. The results showed that the microhardness values of nanofil composite resins soaked in mouthwash containing alcohol was lower than the silorane composite resin soaked in mouthwash containing alcohol. The results of statistical calculations using two way anova showed that there were significant differences in microhardness of nano and silorane composite resin on the use of mouthwash with and without alcohol content (p <0.05). In this study, concluded that there are significant differences in microhardness of nanofil and silorane on the use of mouthwash with and without alcohol content, there were not influence on the use of mouthwash with and without alcohol content to microhardness of silorane composite resin and silorane composite resin more stabil in microhardness than nanofil composite resins.
