ANALISIS PENGARUH RUTE BUSWAY TERHADAP RUTE ANGKUTAN UMUM LAINNYA (Studi Kasus : Koridor 11 Pulogebang – Kampung Melayu)

b Pengoperasian rute usway koridor 11 memberi dampak terhadap kinerja operasional pelayanan angkutan umum yang lama, terutama yang rutenya bersinggungan dengan rute busway, yang berakibat semakin menurun kinerja pelayanan angkutan umum., untuk itu perlu diadakan analisis pengaruh rute Busway terhadap rute angkutan umum lainnya, supaya pelayanan angkutan umum tidak menjadi buruk atau bahkan menjadi baik. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian tesis ini adalah analisis unjuk kerja pelayanan angkutan umum dan analisis finansial (BOK dan kelayakan usaha), Analisis di atas digunakan untuk melihat unjuk kerja pelayanan angkutan umum yang beroperasi pada saat ini di DKI Jakarta untuk dibandingkan dengan standart pelayanan yang telah direkomendasikan oleh Bank Dunia. Analisis unjuk kerja pelayanan angkutan umum, indikator – indikatornya meliputi : waktu tunggu, waktu perjalanan, tingkat perpindahan moda, dan jarak berjalan kaki. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sejak beroperasinya busway koridor 11, angkutan umum yang lama mengalami penurunan faktor muat dan pendapatan, untuk itu perlu dilakukan strategi agar operator tidak mengalami kerugian secara terus menerus, yaitu dengan rasionalisasi angkutan atau dengan pemberlakuan shift jam operasi angkutan umum, supaya pendapatan operator meningkat sehingga pelayanan angkutan umum semakin membaik.

Analysis of the performance of public transport services, the indicators - indicators include: waiting time, travel time, modal transfer rate, and a walking distance. The analysis shows that since the operation of the busway corridor 11, public transport and unloading long period of decline and revenue factors, it is necessary to do a strategy that operators do not suffer losses continuously, by rationalizing transport or shift hours of operation with the introduction of public transport, so that income increased so that the operator of public transport services has improved.
