ANALISIS PENAWARAN DAN PERMINTAAN CABAI RAWIT DI SULAWESI UTARA

Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis luas panen cabai rawit, produksi, produktivitas, di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara dan Provinsi Gorontalo, penawaran dan permintaan di Kota Manado. Penelitian ini dilakukan di dua Provinsi yaitu (1) Provinsi Sulawesi Utara dengan daerah sampel yang mencakup; Kabupaten Minahasa Utara, Kota Tomohon dan Kota Manado. (2) Provinsi Gorontalo, dengan daerah sampel mencakup; Kabupaten Gorontalo dan Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Faktor curah hujan daerah sampel di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara tidak mempengaruhi luas panen cabe rawit, sedangkan faktor harga produsen cabai rawit daerah sampel di Provinsi Gorontalo mempengaruhi luas panen. Harga cabe rawit periode lalu, upah petani sulut periode lalu, luas panen cabai rawit minahasa utara dan produktivitas cabai rawit periode lalu mempengaruhi tingkat produktivitas cabai rawit minahasa utara. Harga cabai rawit periode lalu, upah petani sulawesi utara periode lalu, luas panen cabai rawit kota tomohon. Dapat meningkatkan produktivitas cabai rawit kota tomohon. Harga cabai rawit periode lalu, upah petani Gorontalo periode lalu dan produktivitas cabai rawit Kabupaten Gorontalo periode lalu mempengaruhi produktivitas cabai rawit Kabupaten Gorontalo. Luas panen dan produktivitas cabe rawit periode lalu dapat meningkatkan produktivitas cabai rawit Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Fluktuasi harga konsumen cabai rawit sulut mempengaruhi penawaran cabai rawit kota manado, sedangkan fluktuasi harga konsumen cabai rawit dan fluktuasi perubahan harga konsumen cabai rawit berpengaru terhadap permintaan cabai rawit di pasar konsumen Kota Manado.

This study aims to analyze the chili crop acreage, production, productivity, in North Sulawesi and Gorontalo provinces, and to determine the supply and demand and inflation in Manado City. The research conducted in two province (1) North Sulawesi region that including North Minahasa district, Tomohon and Manado Cities. (2) Gorontalo province that taking sample of Gorontalo and Bone Bolango Districts. Rainfall Factors in sample area in North Sulawesi has not affected the chili crop acreage, while the producer’s prices in Gorontalo province affect the chili crop acreage. the last period chili Prices, labor wages in North Sulawesi, the chili crop acreage in North Minahasa and last period chili productivity have affected the chili productivity in North Minahasa. Prices chili last period, in North Sulawesi farmers pays period, the chili crop acreage In Tomohon that also increases the chili productivity in Tomohon. Last period chili Prices, farmers wages and last period chili productivity in Gorontalo have affected the chili productivity in Gorontalo district. Last period Crop acreage and chili productivity can increase the fresh chili productivity in Bone Bolango. Fluctuations in consumer’s prices in Manado city have affected the fresh chili supply in North Sulawesi, while the consumer’s prices fluctuations have negatively affected toward the fresh chili demand in the consumer market of Manado.
