PERAN HARAPAN KEBERHASILAN STUDI DAN PERSEPSI SISWA TERHADAP PERILAKU INTERPERSONAL GURU DENGAN KESEJAHTERAAN EMOSI SISWA

Penelitian dilakukan pada subjek remaja di SMU X Semarang. Metode pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara survey pada seluruh siswa kelas X dan XI. Hipotesis penelitian diterima bahwa harapan keberhasilan studi siswa dan persepsi siswa terhadap perilaku interpersonal guru berperan meningkatkan kesejahteraan emosi siswa, dengan F p-value 0.00 (p-value <0.025), koefisien determinasi R = 0.476 dengan kontribusi efektif 22.7%. Korelasi Parsial harapan keberhasilan studi dengan kesejahteraan emosi 0.415, dan korelasi parsial persepsi siswa terhadap perilaku interpersonal guru 0.323. Persepsi siswa terhadap perilaku interpersonal guru memahami, dan student freedom berkorelasi dengan kesejahteraan emosi, sedangkan persepsi siswa terhadap perilaku interpersonal guru cenderung admonishing dan strict.
This is a quantitative research on “The Role of Student’s hope to succeed and Their Perception on Teachers’ Interpersonal Behaviors and Student’s Emotion Well-Beingâ€. This research was conducted on high school students in X High school, Semarang. Method of data collection was using survey on all students at grade 10 and 11. Hypothesis of this research is accepted. The role of Student’s hope to succeed and their perception on teachers’ interpersonal behaviors are affecting students’ emotion well-being, as shown on the result of F p-value 0.00 (p-value <0.025), coefficient of determination R = 0.476 with an effective contribution of 22.7%. The role of Student’s hope to succeed contribute to regression equation with B = 0.479, students’ perception on teachers’ interpersonal behaviors affecting emotional well-being at B = 0.089. Partial correlation between Student’s hope to succeed with their emotional well-being is 0.415, and partial correlation between Student’s hope to succeed with their perception on teachers’ interpersonal behaviors is 0.323. Students’ perception toward teachers’ interpersonal behaviors in understanding and giving freedom to students is correlating with emotional well-being. Unfortunately, students’ perception toward teachers’ interpersonal behaviors tends to be admonishing and strict.
