Pengaruh Social Cohesion, Active Engagement, Perceived Organizational Justice terhadap Turnover Intention pada Divisi Desain PT PAL Indonesia (Persero)

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah ada pengaruh antara social cohesion, active engagement, distributive justice, procedural justice, dan interactional justice terhadap turnover intention pada Divisi Desain PT PAL INDONESIA (PERSERO). Sampel ditarik dari lima departemen yang terdapat di dalam DivisiDesain yang direferensikan oleh departemen Dukungan Rekayasa. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner (angket). Responden penelitian ini adalah 60 karyawan. Hipotesis penelitan ini ada pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen (social cohesion, active engagement, distributivejustice, procedural justice, dan interactional justice) terhadap variabel dependen (turnover intention). Penelitian ini menggunakan skala Likert dengan memberikan penilaian angka 1 sampai dengan angka 5. Untuk menganalisa pengaruh antara social cohesion, active engagement, distributive justice, procedural justice, dan interactional justice terhadap turnover intention, maka digunakan teknik statistik regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis (statistik deskriptif, uji t, uji f). Analisa pengujian ini mengguakan software IBM SPSS Statistics. Hasil uji hipotesis penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh signifikan social cohesion, active engagement, distributive justice, procedural justice, dan interactional justice terhadap turnover intention.

The main purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of social cohesion, active engagement, distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justiceaffect turnover intention at Division of Design PT PAL INDONESIA (PERSERO). The sample on this research from fifth department at Division of Design (referenced by Engineering Support department). Data on this research is primary data which is collected from turnover intention questionnaire, social cohesion questionnaire, active engagement questionnaire, distributive justice questionnaire, procedural justice questionnaire, and interactional justice questionnaire. The respondents on this research are 60 employees. The hypothesis of this research is to finds significant values the effect of independent variable (social cohesion, active engagement, distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice) affect dependent variable (turnover intention). This research used skala Likert with score 1 to 5. To Analyze the effect of social cohesion, active engagement, distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justiceaffect turnover intention, multiple regression test, and hypothesis test (descriptive statistics,t test, f test) is used. To analyze this research using IBM SPSS Statistics software. There is noaffect social cohesion, active engagement, and distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justicetoward turnover intention at Division of Design PT PAL INDONESIA (PERSERO).
