TRANSFORMASI STRUKTURAL EKONOMI PROVINSI ACEH DARI BERBASIS MIGAS MENUJU NONMIGAS

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa jauh transformasi struktural berlangsung di Provinsi Aceh, dan apakah faktor transformasi struktural beserta regional specific variables berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Aceh. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dari 10 kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Aceh mulai tahun 1993-2010. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, alat analisis yang digunakan adalah indeks transformasi struktural dan regresi data panel. Indeks transformasi struktural digunakan untuk melihat seberapa jauh transformasi struktural berlangsung di Provinsi Aceh. Analisis Regresi digunakan untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi di provinsi Aceh. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini adalah satu, berdasarkan indeks transformasi struktural bahwa telah terjadi transformasi struktural di Provinsi Aceh baik pada periode 1993-2000 maupun periode 2001-2010. Kedua, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi adalah transformasi struktural, dana bagi hasil migas, dana alokasi umum, penduduk dan dummy pelabuhan.

This study aims to analyze how far the structural transformation taking place in the Aceh Province, and whether its structural transformation factors specific variables affect regional economic growth Aceh Province. The data used in this study are secondary data from 10 districts/cities in Aceh province starting in 1993-2010. To achieve these objectives, an analytical tool used is the index of structural transformation and panel data regression. Structural transformation of the index used to see how far the structural transformation taking place in the Aceh Province. While regression analysis is used to look at the factors that affect economic growth in the province. The analysis of this study find that: first, based on an index of structural transformation that has occurred in the province of structural transformation both in the periods 1993-2000 and 2001-2010 periods. Second, the factors that influence economic growth is a structural transformation, oil and gas revenue sharing, general allocation fund, population and the dummy seaport.
