Drug management has several steps which are selection, planning , distribution, and application step. Each step relate each other so should be managed well so each can functionate optimal. Management support factors in drug management cycle include Organization, Finance, Hurman Resource Management and information management information system. Each step in management cycle should be supported by those 4 factors so the drug management will run effectively and efficiently. This reseach is a descriptive research to evaluate the drug distribution management. The research location was on Dr. Soetarto Hospital, in the public phamacy and ASKES pharmacy. The research material that have been used is primer and secondary data. Sample data for this research is the population distribution at 2009. Then the data was analyzed using indicators of drug management The results show that the service time recipe has been running well, Public Pharmacy 9 minutes 1 second and Askes Pharmacy 5 minutes 23 seconds . Percentage recipe served not meet the standards 100%, of which 94% for Public Pharmacy and 96% Askes Pharmacy. Phase prescription labeling is done in both the pharmacy complies with the standards of 100%. Expired drugs and broken still found, the percentage of expired drugs and broken in Public Pharmacy 6.10% , and Askes Pharmacy 1.80%. Percentage of drug sustability with the stock card, for public pharmacy has 91,17 match rate, and ASKES pharmacy has 91.60% match rate.
