Population growth in the Jakarta area is proportional to the increasing demand for housing. Conservation of land in the provincial capital has resulted in the mushrooming of residential housing in the southern outskirts of Jakarta, so the demand for mass passenger transport modes is inevitable. KRL Jabodetabek is one of the vital passenger transport modes for commuters who live in the southern outskirts of Jakarta, especially the Citayam, Bojong Gede, and Cilebut. This study aims to determine the current services of KRL Commuter Line Route Bogor - Jakarta Kota, to identify the factors to optimize the services, and to analyze the efforts of optimization in services of KRL Jabodetabek in order to build the regional resilience The study was conducted within the framework of qualitative methods to describe the condition of existing KRL Commuter Line Route Bogor - Jakarta Kota. The method used is a selection of in-depth interviews with key informants in this study to determine the factors that need to be improved for optimal service KRL Commuter Line Route Bogor - Jakarta Kota and the implication to the regional resilience. . This study concluded that firstly, is to rejuvenate the KRL Jabodetabek units and to add some units of KRL Commuter Line during peak hours. Secondly, the need for the addition of the schedule departure of KRL Commuter Line from Depok Station at 6:30 pm, so as not to burden the KRL Commuter Line Route Bogor - Jakarta Kota. Third, to improve the infrastructures, such as: turnover signaling system and increase the number of tracks.
