Sistem pemantauan dan evaluasi peralatan SINTELIS (Sinyal Telekomunikasi dan Listrik) yang dimiliki oleh PT KAI saat ini, belum dapat diperoleh dengan cepat dan tepat, hal ini telah mengakibatkan kesulitan bagi pihak manajemen khususnya direksi untuk mengeluarkan kebijakan yang cepat dan tepat pula. Untuk mengatasi kondisi tersebut dibutuhkan suatu sistem pemantauan untuk peralatan SINTELIS di PT. KAI yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini telah berhasil merancang, mengimplementasikan dan mengujicoba Aplikasi Sistem Pemantauan Peralatan SINTELIS di PT. KAI sebagai sarana untuk memantau kondisi peralatan SINTELIS di seluruh DAOP dan DIVRE. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa setelah Aplikasi Sistem Monitoring Peralatan SINTELIS PT. KAI digunakan, telah memperlihatkan perbedaan kinerja yang signifikan antara kondisi kerja sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan Aplikasi Sistem Monitoring Peralatan SINTELIS PT. KAI tersebut. Pihak manajemen bisa cepat memperoleh informasi yang akurat dan tepat melalui pemantauan secara online.

Monitoring and evaluation system of SINTELIS equipment (Telecommunications and Electrical Signals) owned by PT KAI now, there can be obtained quickly and precisely, this has resulted in difficulties for the management, especially the directors to issue policies quickly and accurately as well. To cope with these conditions requires a monitoring system for equipment SINTELIS in PT KAI better. This study has successfully designed, implemented and tested a SINTELIS Equipment Monitoring System Applications at PT. KAI as a means to monitor the condition of the equipment throughout DAOP SINTELIS and Divre. The test results showed that after application of Monitoring Equipment SINTELIS PT. KAI is used, has shown significant performance difference between the working conditions before and after using the Application System Monitoring Equipment SINTELIS PT. KAI is. The management can quickly obtain accurate and timely information through online monitoring.
