ANALISIS KARAKTERISTIK AITEM TES UJIAN SEKOLAH/MADRASAH DENGAN TEORI TES KLASIK DAN TEORI RESPON AITEM

Tujuan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik dan kualitas tes Ujian Sekolah/Madrasah (US/M) MAN 3 Kediri tahun pelajaran 2010/2011. Data skor aitem dan skor tes dari 404 siswa yang merespon tes US/M MAN 3 Kediri tahun pelajaran 2010/2011 dianalisis dengan pendekatan analisis teori tes klasik dan pendekatan analisis teori respon aitem. Masingmasing tes yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini adalah tes Bahasa Indonesia sebanyak 50 aitem, tes Matematika pada kelompok IPA sebanyak 40 aitem, tes Matematika pada kelompok IPS sebanyak 40 aitem, dan tes Bahasa Inggris sebanyak 50 aitem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tes ujian sekolah/madrasah MAN 3 Kediri tahun pelajaran 2010/2011 memiliki karakteristik aitem yang variatif. Tes Bahasa Indonesia, Matematika IPA dan tes Bahasa Inggris memiliki karakteristik aitem yang kurang baik terdapat banyak aitem yang jelek dan gugur. Tes Matematika IPS memiliki karakteristik aitem yang baik hanya terdapat sedikit aitem yang jelek dan gugur.

The main objective of this study was to determine the characteristics and quality tests School Examination/Madrasah (US/M) MAN 3 Kediri academic years 2010/2011. Item score and test scores data of 404 students who respond to the test US/M MAN 3 Kediri academic years 2010/2011 were analyzed with classical test theory and item response theory. This study was analysis 50 items of Indonesian test, 40 items test of Mathematic Science test, 40 items of Mathematic Social test and 50 items of English test. The results showed that tests School Examinations (US/M) MAN 3 Kediri academic years 2010/2011 have varied characteristic of item. Indonesian test, Mathematic Science test and English test have poor item characteristic, where there are many item deleted. Mathematic Social test has good item characteristic, where there is little item deleted.
